I did not rate durability as we just put it up and that remains to be seen. It did survive a thunderstorm it's first night up with no problems. The instructions were clear and it was engineered for easy assembly. I'm using it for hay storage and I'll be able to fit 100+ bales in it. It is true to size. The blue tarp in the photo is 10' x 20' Please note, it was very very hot inside when we were unloading the hay into it. We only had the front door open. If you need storage with good cross ventilation this might not be the best choice. ... show more
