I see a 28 mph speed listed in the specifications and the product description says top speed of 30 Mph, the actual top speed is only 20 mph. Is there a way to increase the speed? Bike was delivered in record time, was easy to assemble and runs great, my grand daughter loves it, the turn signals and brake light was a wonderful surprise. Only gave 4 stars because or the lower speed than advertised. I received an email from Voltsteed on how to unleash the speed and power and it runs as advertised.     • Great bike, amazing customer support
The vendor’s customer support team has blown me away from placing the order all the way to reimbursement for a bike repair. Deco has been very responsive and supportive every step of the way. I notified him of minor damages to the stem cap from shipping and he sent replacement parts. When the stem screw broke off because I didn’t use a torque wrench, he reached out to local bike shops until he found one that will take it and fix it. They even reimbursed the $23 I paid the bicycle co-op. (The techs gave me a hard time for the ebike and for screwing up - no pun intended. I enjoyed every minute of it). This has been the best customer support I have ever experienced here on Amazon. I cannot recommend them enough. Oh, and the bike is great, I rode it to work today (Tuesday, March 28th, 2023). ... show more

The seat is not very comfortable, but was kind of easy to ensemble and I already put 500 miles on it. The battery life could be better, it lasts for only 18 miles and when you use the lights it go faster.

Amazing E-bike, the power is incredible on flat ground and hills. I your looking to achieve MAX speed go into settings and push the power button until it say P08. The click the "+" button until it says 45 on the bottom, this will allow you to reach 28mph. Also the lights are very helpful for riding in the dark, and the seat is very big and can fit two people. Although the bike is kinda heavy but it has a lot of momentum when riding in all modes. ... show more

My son LOVES this bike. He cannot say enough good things about it. He says it’s well made, design is smart and ergonomic. Lots of safety features. He says people constantly stop and ask him about it. Got this Voltsteed bike for trail riding with my kids and grandkids. Comfortably seats 2 riders, and has a good battery that holds a charge for long quiet rides. Easy to operate and rides well on various terrain. Lots of fun.
