I use to use the GU gels & honey stingers, but I was researching these, tried them out and they’re fantastic! I only have to take 1 pouch every 75 mins compared to 3 GU gels. The GU ones started to make me sick after downing like 5 of them, but these ones don’t make my tummy hurt at all. I also noticed a “sugar high” and “crash” with the others, but just solid steady energy with these. I took one pouch before my 5 mile run yesterday and I didn’t have to bring any extras with me- I felt great during my whole run. The only negative comment I have is the taste of the “original” flavor. I had to chase it with something else because the taste was gross in my opinion. But still giving these 5 stars because everything else is so much more important! ... show more

I started using these for my marathon training and they last a long time and definitely give a boost of energy on long runs. The texture is not my favorite, but it’s definitely easier to get these down while running then the chewable gels.

Mold or spoilage inside near the tear top- had an acrid smell when I opened it- ate it anyway and stomach didn’t love it. Enjoyed this product before but hard to come back from that- trying other things. The box before that was good though. I’m 2/3 with boxes of Ucan
