Originally I ordered a different brand but the Medium was too snug and the Large was way too big. I returned both of those and ordered this one. I’m so glad the other brand didn’t work out. This one is better in every way. It fits true to size. The blue is a much prettier shade and oh so soft. It looks so luxurious and is reasonably priced. I love this coat. The length is great to keep my legs warm from the wind. It’s super warm and looks great when I dress it up or dress it down. I would say the fit is true to size, however, if you like a space in your winter gear for layers, definitely go up a size.

I purchased this for an trip we took in December/January to Italy. I did size up 1 to an XL since I knew I would be wearing bulky sweaters and layers underneath. Fit as expected. Definitely kept me warm. It was great to wear casually with jeans as well as at night dressed up for elegant dinners at 5 star restaurants. I dry cleaned it before and after our trip and it has held up well. I'm not a regular jacket wearer but I knew for our trip it was needed. I bought this on sale, and it was very inexpensive for a peacoat. It looks like higher quality, and I love the gray blue color. It's muted enough to work for most outfits or occasions but colorful enough to stand out amongst all the black, gray, and brown. The sleeves were a tad snug with a sweater on, but nice fit other than that. I'd say it's true to size. I live in Louisiana, where it doesn't get as cold as some other states. I don't know how this would fare in, say, a Michigan winter; but it served me well. ... show more

This coat is exactly what I was looking for! I’m always leery buying clothing online because there are so many “versions” of sizes, weights, colors and fits. This coat is heavy enough for Indiana winters without being bulky and overbearing. I wear a size medium but in the winter I love to wear bulky, warm sweaters so I bought a large in this coat and it will work perfectly. I have plenty of puffer coats but needed something a little dressier for a night out. This coat fits the bill. It came neatly folded in plastic and I was afraid it would have major creases, so I hung it on a hanger immediately and within minutes, no wrinkles or creases.
