DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller! Horrible customer service and product!!! This item is falsely advertised as I ordered the beige colored couch and I was delivered a white couch instead. The material is very cheap and does not look anything like the pictures in the advertisement from the seller. This item has missing parts and was shipped with 2 different installation instructions. It has been nearly 2 weeks since I have purchased this item and trying to return and having extreme difficulty getting 2 return labels needed to return and get full refund because this couch is shipped in 2 different boxes that was delivered days apart. This couch also says that there’s no installation needed in the product description and there is installation needed so please do not waste your money on this product. Seller keeps demanding photos to complete return when they have already approved this refund but I don’t want to waste my time I have been trying to return for nearly 2 weeks and still have yet to get the help needed to return this and get my money back. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had on Amazon or any store/website. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH OR ANY ITEM FROM THIS SELLER!!!

Very easy and quick to put together. For the price it is a great couch. Other reviews mentioned the cushions for the back of the couch are really flat and they needed to fill them but if you actually give them time they fluff out all on their own to be really full. I bought extra filler but then returned it because they fluffed up fine. Sturdy. The Color White was a long shot for me because I have kids but the steamer gets the dirt out. Comfortable nice to have the extra space on both ends for the legs.

I looked through several sofas for my living room. I liked the color and size of this Tromirysofa. The measurements appeared to be a great fit. I placed the order and was very happy when it arrived a day early. The instructions were easy and the parts were numbered clearly. Í only had a problem with the screws in the back but that was easily remedied with a hand screw driver. Fluffing the pillows was fun cause I could really work them hard. The more you work them the fluffier they became. This sofa looks and feels great. I have taken a few naps on it and slept fine. I recommend this sofa to anyone that has a lot of company and need a sofa thats sturdy and beautiful. I have gotten a few compliments on it. The pricing, delivery and softness of this sofa makes it a hit in my home. We had an accidental spill of soda on it, but that was cleaned easily with a damp towel and Dawn. It dried quickly and the color stayed crisp and clear. I am tall and my back reaches midway up the sofa and that's just the way I like it. I am satisfied and happy with my purchase.

Right at this moment, I'm not impressed. I highly recommend checking in all the pieces before proceeding with putting it together. Instructions are pretty easy to understand, though the part with the little odd parts is hard to see on the instructions, and not as clear. I put this together with my son. It took us a bit longer because of the screw threading. Challenging to get them to fit. The biggest thing to me is that the "black" color is actually a midnight blue! Not black at all! Now that I've thrown out my old couches, I'm forced to keep this one until I get a better one. For the price though, it's ok. It's a little low to the ground for me. In my humble opinion, I feel like this couch could be for like a college dorm, a young person's 1st apartment, or kids bonus room/lounge. The pillows don't fluff out much more, even within the 72 hours.
