I bought this couch back in March and I have had it for a month now (maybe a little over) and it is a good couch. It is massive! The pictures do not do it justice. Me, my 11 year old daughter that is 5'1, anf my 2 year old son can fit on this couch while all of us are lying down on it (while the "pull out bed" is taken out) And we would still have room for another person! The couch is super soft, which I love. It is quite stiff though when you get it. It has broken in a bit since I bought it. Took a few weeks for that to happen. It is pretty comfortable now. I have almost fallen asleep on it quite a few times. The chaise is pretty long. I'm 5'4 and can stretch out on it and not have my feet dangling off. If you're taller than that though, your feet/legs will dangle. The chaise also has a lot of storage space which is a plus. You do have to put a little effort in opening it up but its not too hard to do so. The delivery had me a bit nervous though. 4 boxes were delivered over a span of 2-3 days. 2 very large boxes came 3 days before my expected delivery date. One of the two boxes (for both deliveries) are quite heavy. But I was able to bring them inside by "rolling" the boxes on their sides from my doorstep and inside my home. When I opened the boxes, I realized that it was only TWO pieces of the sectional that was delivered. I called Amazon and they told me the other parts would be delivered in the next 2 days. I did receive the rest of the couch 2 days later. That being said, the couch was super easy to put together. As a single mom, I was able to do it by myself. All the pieces slide into place (the back and each sectional peice) The feet screw in. The chaise peice does have some parts that need to be screwed in with the allen wrench but it was no big deal. I loved that all the cushions, pillows, feet, and tools were inside on the bottom of the couch. There is a zipper on the bottom that you unzip and everything is in there. The hardest part was trying to slide the chaise by myself into the connecting middle seat, but I manged to do it. The only cons I have with this is that 1: I wish this couch came in a light grey color. The dark grey was not the color I wanted. But I got this one because all the other light grey couches that looked exactly like this were more expensive. 2: The back of the couch is very short, so it becomes uncomfortable when sitting straight up to watch TV. It puts strain on my neck and shoulder blades. But to solve that I put pillows behind my head for support. And finally there are no words on the instruction papers. The pictures are clear enough for the most part. But when it came time to put the chaise together, I had to look a little longer to understand what I needed to do. Overall though, the couch is great especially for the price, and is a huge upgrade for me compared to the sofa and loveseat that I had. The couch looks great and feels solid. I managed to assemble it myself, which was a plus, though the storage section does spring up quickly—so be careful with that. I couldn’t get a couple of the last screws to fit that secure the sections together, but it still holds well. The bottom cushions are quite firm (assuming it may soften with use), but the back cushions are softer, comfy yet supportive. Overall, I’d give it 4.5 stars! ... show more

I haven’t had the couch for long but I needed a couch with storage and that could become a bed that didn’t require acrobatics to have delivered. Amazon came though! . The sear cushions are pretty hard (like IKEA couch cushions hard), but with a thick blanket it’s fine. The back cushions are nice. One of the boards was warped and some staples missed their seams, but otherwise seems sturdy enough and well made. Besides, the comparable IKEA couches have terrible recent reviews and are more than twice the price! ... show more

No way I was going to pay nearly 2k for a couch after moving my new place. But little reviews had me skeptical. Then I also seen a review of the pieces not coming in all at the same time. Had me worried I was going to get either a temu experience where they send you a Barbie couch or it was going to be cheaply build lol but NO! THEY ALL CAME AT ONCE AND 3 DAYS AHEAD!! The way everything was packed was very thoughtful and carefully put WITH CARE! VERYYYYY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER! EVERYTHING CLICKS INTO PLACE AND LEGS SCREW ON. Comes with everything you need! The most you’ll need is a screwdriver. VERY STURDY of course it’s stiff when sitting you’ll have to break it in. Back is a little short but that’s ok. Not a dealbreaker. Extremely soft to touch. Arrived damaged and unable to set up properly since one of the stairs came bent. Unable to use a portion of the couch since the backing wouldn’t go into the slot. The parts we are able to use is uncomfortable. Very thin platform hard to sit on for periods of time.

We love the couch. The only issue we had was delivery, we order a different one originally (the one with the shelf built in) and it was supposed to get here July 14th, 2025. We had to cancel that order because the delivery date kept getting pushed back, so we ordered a different one (same one without the shelf) and it came in with in 2 weeks.     • I like it, but it’s not perfect.
The media could not be loaded. I was able to get this put together by myself without any issue. The couch is very sturdy and is a great size for two adults. I’d personally think it was a bit small for 3, but doable. four people? No way. For me, it is perfect in my guitar/movie room. I love how easily it converts to a bed. The cushions are very firm. Like SUPER FIRM. Some people may find it uncomfortable, but I’m ok with it. The only downside for me personally is that the seating feels shallow. I’m 6ft tall and when I’m sitting down it feels slightly difficult to get a comfortable position because the seat is not deep like other couches. This is remedied when I use the ottoman and can basically recline in the couch. So it’s not a big deal. Without using the ottoman I’d have to sit pretty straight up and not in a very relaxed position. I’m not sure if that is making sense to you, but my other couch in my living room is deeper, so when I sit the cushions are almost to my knees. This couch the cushions are to my mid thigh. In any case, for the price, the look of it, and versatility, I recommend it. Keep those points in mind if you’re buying. It’s really not a big couch, but it looks great, feels like good quality. I gave 5 stars because of those points and it’s my fault (not the couch) for me being tall enough to think it’s a bit shallow in the seat.
