I purchased this couch for my daughter and her roommates at college. It’s the perfect size for their space and is roomy enough all 4 ladies can sit on it at once. It is soft material and comfortable cushions. The cushions are removable for washing which was a must for college kids. The couch is very comfortable and easy to put together. I rate it 3 stars because the cushions fray very easily and strings of fabric are coming out of it daily, not sure how long the couch will last. But for the price it’s not bad

Horrible couch. Too small, not tall enough. Had to be adjusted after ever sit. It's firm and has decent support to sit on but the back has close to no support in it. It would be okay if you put it in a kids room. I will be purchasing a new couch later. I hate I can't return it for a refund. It definitely does not look like the picture.
