The couch is beautiful, soft, very comfortable! Please excuse my grammar. I was a little hesitant to purchase the couch at first because there weren’t any customer reviews with pictures at the time. The couch came in four large boxes and was relatively easy to put together. I received two boxes early which were the end pieces and then received the last two a few days later. I was by myself and had to get them upstairs so I rolled them upwards on their corners like blocks but I would recommend having a friend help carry them if possible. Everything for each section is tightly packed inside of its base and kept in place with thin boards. I needed a hammer to carefully beat the boards to one side and then was able to pull the cushions and backrests out. That was the hardest part. The cushions are more like overstuffed/ oversized pillows and are by themselves very comfortable. I will probably put some foam mats under them though because I prefer a little more spring to my couch cushions but it’s absolutely not necessary. The couch is huge! Definitely measure your space beforehand. I am 5’9 for reference for the picture. I’ve napped on it almost every day since receiving the first two pieces and can’t wait to figure out what rug and throw pillows I want to add to go with it! Purchase it!! This is a beautiful large couch, I initially ordered the V sectional. They sent me the U sectional by mistake, and then proceeded to send me the correct corner piece as i requested. Customer service has been absolutely top notch with me and resolving any issues i had. Very kind, and responsive people. I highly recommend this company and this product. Nice couch, definitely huge. I did measurements prior to buying and it was still a lot bigger than I pictured in my new space (not finished yet). The color is accurate, the cushions are not super fluffy, I did see some reviews saying they were thin, which mine are not thin but they could use more cushion. I haven’t relaxed on it for more then a couple hours so I could imagine it might become more thin over time. It was not easy to put together, and it does take a while not 30 minutes like the description says. It came in 4 big boxes that were not easy to transport, a dolly would be needed for places with stairs or an elevator. I had another person helping me and the cushions and back/arm rests are packed inside the frame, held together by thin wood pieces. The thin wood pieces need broken in half in order to get everything out, I wish another material was used, little wood chips get everywhere. Also the arm rests have metal pieces that slip in into the frame, a couple of these metal pieces were bent so they didn’t fit - had to use a hammer to get them to straighten out which took a bit. Aside from that, the rest was straightforward. Overall, I like it, I’d have to wait a little longer to determine if the cost is worth it to see how it wears. ... show more

Took me about 4 hours to put together by myself but I love how easy it is to remove stains. Comes right off! I did originally try to buy this couch thru Home Depot and they cancelled me order. I saw it on an Amazon ad while on IG and was so happy to see they also had it available for the same price! It does hurt when you accidentally sit on the crack of the couch lol. It’s kind of low but I didn’t mind it. Pretty comfortable, we fell asleep on it the first night we had it. I do have to get another rug because I didn’t expect the couch to be so long. ... show more

I will say that they should remove that clip of the girls bouncing. This is not a bouncing sofa. But I like that. It’s pretty sturdy and comfortable. Doesn’t sink. Great for snuggling and napping. And it looks pretty stylish.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT, VERY SPACIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL. JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. IT TOOK A MONTH AND A HALF TO GET IT AND WHEN I GOT IT THE CORNER SOFA WAS MISSING. CONTACTED THE SELLER AND THEY IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED AND SENT THE MISSING SOFA WITHIN A WEEK. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
