I normally don’t write Amazon reviews, but this couch absolutely deserves one. We’re a family of six, so I needed something big, comfortable, cozy-looking, and most importantly—completely washable. There are tons of options out there, but so many look pieced together or flimsy. This one checked every box. I love that every single part of this couch is washable. The cushions don’t slide around, and I’m not constantly fluffing or rearranging pillows. Within the first day my four kids had already spilled everything from food to markers on it. The covers are incredibly easy to take off, toss in the washer, and put right back on. I didn’t want to post a review right when we bought it, even though I loved it from day one. I wanted to see how it held up over time. Now, six months in, we still absolutely love it and recommend it to all our friends and family. The price point is fantastic—cheaper than our last couch, and that one wasn’t washable or even close to this comfortable. The storage bins in the U-shaped layout are a huge win. We keep blankets and toys in them with plenty of room to spare. I also tried a helpful suggestion from another reviewer: buying a mattress foam topper and cutting it to add extra support inside the cushions. We tested the couch with and without it, and it truly made a big difference—ours is now unbelievably plush and comfortable. This couch is better than my husband and I could’ve imagined! We ended up getting one that was a bit too big so definitely keep the dimensions in mind. Our 6th piece was running behind and I messaged the seller and asked if they could keep it and refund us for the chair. They were so understanding, and nice and worked out a solution. They refunded us the amount the chair would cost, and told us to keep the chair! We still can’t fit the extra chair into our living room but their flexibility and willingness to give us a solution was top notch. I highly recommend this sofa, not only is comfortable, trendy, and cute huge!! The company is just as great. It was very easy to assemble, and overall the quality is great! Definitely worth the price. I will definitely be purchasing other items from them in the future! ... show more

Bought 2 and love them! The only issue is the color and material. The fabric is more of a black jean type material. I was expecting them to look more like the photo. I contacted the company and advised that I had to buy slip covers to reach the desired effect so I wouldn't have to send them back. They did credit me for the purchase of the covers, which was appreciated. These ottomans are substantial, large and well made. I would recommend... just be prepared to have to slip cover in the event that the fabric isn't what you expected ... show more

I’m kind of confused as to how this couch has such great reviews. I’ve had this couch for a year now and am looking to get a replacement already. Pros: Putting the couch together was easy, it came very well packed and was simple to put together. The size is amazing and the seats are very deep, which I love. It is very attractive and the covers wash very well. Cons: out of the boxes this is the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. You can’t lay across the couch without feeling the edge of the bases dig into your sides or back. I had to buy a huge piece of dense foam to put under the cushions the length of the couch to even make this tolerable. I also added pillows to the back and side cushions so that these were more plush under pressure. After all these modifications, the couch was acceptably comfortable. Now, after a year of owning this with two dogs, I will say that it is easy to clean, but the cushions are pilling horribly. My dogs are not rough on the couch, we all just get on the couch and lay down. So I would consider this normal wear and the fabric is just not holding up. The cushions are not fastened to the base in any way, so there is a huge gap between them from where I normally sit. This can be temporarily resolved by fluffing the cushions, but comes back almost immediately and is really annoying and uncomfortable. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. I went into this purchase hoping for the best based on such great reviews, but none of them mentioned these issues. I really wish this held up better, but lessons learned about buying a couch off the internet without seeing it in real life. ... show more

Took a gamble buying this couch because there weren’t very many reviews, but I can’t say enough good things about it!! First impression: it’s comfortable and HUGE. I love that all of the covers are removable and washable. The ottomans have a ton of storage. It does sit a little low to the ground, but not impossibly low to where it feels like you can’t get back up again. The black isn’t a true black but more of a really dark gray. The fabric is very thick and sturdy feeling, but still soft! It shipped very fast too, only 4 days after I ordered it. I already LOVE it so much! The hardest part was assembling each individual piece. It was a simple process, just tedious having to get everything out of the frame and install all of the brackets & covers. It took two of us to assemble and 2-3 hours to finish it completely. Overall, I would 100% recommend!! It’s a good price for a comfy couch! ... show more
