Sectional/fire pit arrived quickly and the sellers were very professional and helpful along the way. The sectional took my husband and I about three hours to put together - some of the parts were mislabeled in the instructions but the pictures are helpful with figuring it out. The fire pit took an hour or less. We had only one issue - one of the armless chairs was ripped, so I contacted the seller and they immediately shipped out a replacement at no cost to me. Very good customer service, very happy customer!

I tried to get a similar outdoor sofa set from a big furniture store and it would have taken weeks and I had a big party in a week. I jumped on Amazon and found this set and ordered it immediately. It arrived the day before the party and I was so relieved! Assembly was easy, but time consuming. It's a big set, so the assembly time was understandable. Needless to say the outdoor set was exactly what was needed for this party to be perfect! The fire pit table was so nice, and welcomed as the air took on a chill as the sun went down. Now for the value part. The set I wanted to buy was literally double the cost of this set. It may have been a little more heavy duty, but this set is plenty strong and roomy and perfect. I would recommend this for sure!

Looks great, pretty sturdy. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because they skimped on the hardware quality/durability. Theres is alot of assembly required so I thought I would use power tools to preserve my hand and wrists. But the screws would easily strip. So don’t expect to use power tools at all. And still be careful with the given tools. Otherwise, great product.

Over all the set is nice and easy to put together. Do not order the fireplace! It’s a piece of junk. The propane drawer doesn’t work, it’s can’t bear the weather guy of a filled propane and the manufacturer has no idea how to replace the parts that are missing. You will waste weeks dealing with customer service who will has no idea how to send replacement parts to fix their terrible craftsmanship.

Product is cute, easy to assemble but the reason I have a low rating is cause the cushions are not water proof at all, no rain or water spill but it still gets wet by sunset, dries through the day when sunny then gets wet by nightfall, since we assembled it we can’t enjoy it cause it’s constantly wet, I will have to buy new. Cushions for it which is inconvenient
