This Fire Pit is so beautiful and we highly recommend it!!! The look matches most new rattan patio sets and the fire pit is sized just right for intimate gatherings. While there might be a few cheaper fire pits out there, you really get what you pay for with this product. It is super classy and functional (puts out exceptional heat), has a nice control console that is easy to use, a smooth pull out drawer to access the propane tank, matching glass lid to cover the burner, has a cover to protect it from the elements, and finally ... it is super easy to assemble! I read another post that mentioned the glass top was broken upon delivery. This happened to us as well, but I blame the delivery company because we know how badly they handle packages these days. I worked with Joey through Amazon portal and he was great ... he responded to our issue within 24-hours and immediately sent us out a replacement glass top. Joey and his company are great to work with so don't let these few isolated issues stop you from getting the best propane fire pit on the market. It is definitely worth the price because of all that it comes with and how functional it is to use. We highly recommend it and think you will absolutely love how great it looks!

GOOD: Firepit is very cozy, flame is pleasant to watch. Glass beads make a nice touch and the wind guard makes this table a winner over other tables. BAD: assembly instructions are drawings only -- and bad drawings at that. Assembly video provided by manufacture shows steps in wrong order - which actually prevents proper assembly (had to take the table apart and re do it to put the glass in -- don't follow the video!) The igniter wire and thermocouples (wires from the burner to the controls) were too short to reach the table face which required repairs and a new part before I could even use the table once. Originally requested a return, but ACMEHOME offered a partial credit and advice on doing the repairs. And credited me for having to purchase a new thermocouer to replace the defective one. Now that I have the table working and in use .... we love it. Was great to sit on the porch and enjoy the fire!

Our fire pit table arrived with a broken top. It has been a real hassle to get this replaced. We have had to send numerous emails and still the problem is not fixed. The product seems nice and works fine, if company would take care of this problem we would be more than satisfied.

It is, on the surface, a nice looking piece and it seems to function well. However, the construction detail is sloppy. There were several attachments that had to be modified because they were stripped. Some were in areas that were difficult to modify. It is working fine and the problems do not obviously show, but, I would not buy it again.

The great: 1. customer service response...I had a delivery issue that was responded to immediately and quickly rectified 2. end product looks great and works great 3. wonderful value for the money given you also get the glass windscreen & cover When in use, feels like you are at a high end bar with their fireable. The not so good: the directions were a little challenging and assembly took over 2 hours to build...there are a couple of tricky items you need to take care with. Overall, I would highly recommend this product for the price/value, customer service, looks and overall operations...just be aware, you'll need to put 2-3 hours into building it properly.

Nice design and function. Glass was smashed to bits first time. Replacement glass arrived even worse. 3rd time was a charm. Thanks to seller. However, 1 x 20 lb gas tank lasts me about 3 to 4 uses for a cple of hours each on LOW setting. Not very efficient.

Taking two and a half hours to put together it was missing three washers and one screw. The igniter is non-functional... No click, no spark, nothing. Very annoying. It can only be lit with a lighter or matches... Absolutely not what I paid for. ..

We are very happy with this black firepit table and with the customer service we received from Aecojoy. The black tempered glass and the black wicker on the table look fantastic! We were glad that we read through the helpful answers to the product assembly questions so that we were quickly able to assemble the table and to get the fire to stay lit on the first try. The only issue we had was a small one with 2 of the 4 glass pieces for the windblock which had some deep scratches on them. However, I contacted Aecojoy and they replied quickly & sent me replacements after I sent them pictures of the scratches. We have been enjoying the table since the end of August and we are looking forward to using it even more as the weather turns cooler.
