Which works good pull the four wheeler out several times with it however running a snow plow with it I noticed it fraying the rope quite severely they do have a guard that goes over the rope to help prevent it I still don't think it helped enough installation was a custom fabrication all the way does not have a universal Mount even though it states universal mount however the winch is very strong remote works good with a decent range all in all I may have just gotten a bad rope

On my particular quad it was a pain in the butt to install but got it done. Been using it for a few months now its primary use is for the snow plow.

Finally got it to work, no phone number to call because the wireless remote control is not working, well built, not good instruction on how to put it together, pulls quite well, but is noisy, I used it to pull my hover round ( Electric wheelchair) in to the back of my van.

The winch came well packaged and even had batteries in the wireless remote, wiring was included also which surprised me since it's not in the description. Works perfectly on my atv to lift my plow. I'm hoping it'll last a long time. 5 stars for now!
