This is a beautiful straightener and heats up extremely fast. I noticed right away when I opened the box that it had some scuffs on it and the temp display was also scratched up a bit. I complained about it in my previous review and was contacted right away by the seller who immediately offered a brand new one or a refund. The seller informed me that they don’t always have control over items that are shipped and sold by amazon and they apologized for the inconvenience. Just received this straighter today. I have been through probably 10 hair straighteners within the past 15 years; some costing over $150. I have to say that I am very satisfied with this one. I love the look and the touchscreen. It leaves your hair very sleek and silky and glides through your hair very easily. I have very long hair and was able to curl my entire head in under 10 mins. I am so happy with my purchase. As you can see in the picture the presentation alone made this feel like a very luxe product especially for the price point. Included are the curling/flat iron, 2 hair clips, 1 heat glove a bag. It is light but not a cheap feeling so it is travel friendly especially the bag. I have used this for a few days and it creates smooth straight hair or smooth waves or even curls. Since the iron is curved it can create straight hair but give the ends some movement instead of stick straight. I love the rose gold color and the temp screen display. There is no real led screen but as soon as you turn it on the screen lights up and beeps so you can see the temp it is on. It heats up super fast has a long enough swivel cord. I can't say enough good things about this product. It's beautiful on it's own but it works beautifully on my hair. I have wavy/curly long hair that isn't too thick but it's not thin. I originally purchased the top rated HSI one on here as there were so many reviews but I regretted it after one use. This straightener is hands down the absolute best one i've ever purchased in my life. I have thick hair but it's straight in 1, sometimes 2 passes. I also don't have to use higher than 390 degrees like I had to on my previous one so that makes me happy. It's absolutely without a doubt worth every single penny and this should definitely have the top spot on Amazon. I was used to having a 2 inch plate straightener but find that this 1 inch is much lighter and it doesn't take any longer to do my hair so it's a welcome change. I couldn't be more delighted! So far this straightener is working great. It heats up quickly and works well. I can't speak to how long it will hold up because I've only had it a few weeks, but it feels sturdy. I am glad I bought this. A side note, there was a sticker that covered the touch screen. It took a lot of scrubbing to get the sticky off. That didn't make a lot of sense because the lock and unlock features were difficult to control until I successfully removed all the sticky. I gope all the scrubbing doesn't mess up the features of the device. ... show more

I like the weight, it's light and the cord moves 360, which I like. It gets hot, and that I love, but it also cools very easily for quick touch ups the adjustable heat control is awesome. I didn't like being informed with a postcard included I=with the product that if I responded via email within a few days, write a review I would receive a compact blow dryer within 5 days. I bought this straightener after seeing many positive reviews on YouTube and I was not disappointed by the quality of Tymo's product. The straightener gets hot quickly, the touch panel is great and the heating pads are infused with Moroccan essential oils which makes my hair shiny and reduces heat damage. After using it I can confirm that the float panels really do glide through your hair!
