This fulfills all its claims. I’m an older gal with arthritis in my hands and using a heavy blow dryer and round brush was just getting to hard to handle. Saw this thought I’d give it a try with some skepticism. Much to my surprise it’s very light very easy to use and doesn’t tangle. My hair is on the thin side and down to the middle of my back (and usually in a yoga bun)so blow drying it straight is a chore. I was worried it might tangle up, but it doesn’t once the hair is dry it releases really nicely. You do kind of have to come to terms with turning on the heat before you put it up to your head because you can’t really do that with one hand because of the way it’s designed. The noise level on the medium setting is minimal compared to a blow dryer. I do get some nice shine and volume and I like it enough I’m gonna get my haircut since I can blow it out again.

So I’ve opened about 5 of these blow dryer brush combos over the years. I cannot live without them! The other combos were thrown away after the bristles broke over time. I decided to try this one due to the size. First, it’s so much lighter than the other ones which is a game changer. My arm and hand doesn’t ache after doing my whole head. Second, the little knob at the end of the brush side is a world changer!!! I can hold the combo from both sides now without burning my hand!!! Third, and lastly, it does an excellent job! If you haven’t used a blow dryer brush combo, I highly recommend this one!!! The weight, the knob and the quality is perfect. If I need a new one in the future, this is the one I’ll repurchase.

4.5* TYMO really said "y'all want the best blow dry brush? Hold my beer". This thing is so legit. Lightweight would be an understatement; that means my arm isn't falling off if I decide I want a blowout. The temperature is just right, as in it doesn't get so hot that you feel it's gonna melt your hair off, and when you switch to room air the brush cools down very quickly. The size is perfect for my just below the shoulders hair length and it's couldn't be easier to use. Phenomenal value for the price point and I would still feel that way if it were more expensive. I don't have frizz issues in general but this tool certainly doesn't cause me to have frizz and does a wonderful job smoothing my hair to absolute perfection. The ONLY reason it doesn't have a full 5* for me is because I wish the cord were at least 8 ft long. 6 ft is still more generous than most regular hair dryer brands but it's still just a bit short if your plug isn't right in front of you.

I really liked the hair dryer, but there's one thing they should improve, in my opinion and experience. It has great drying power and does the job well. It's a good size to handle and comfortable. The downside is that the brush bristles are very soft or not designed for high heat because they've become deformed and flattened. I bought it less than a month ago, and it feels like I've been using it for years because of how it's held up! I'm not sure if it would work for people with finer, thinner, or shorter hair. If it weren't for that, it would be a 10/10.

X I’ve attached a photo of how my hair looks after using a traditional blow dryer and round brush from slightly damp, clean hair; the way I’ve been doing my hair my whole life (15 mins). I would then use a flat iron, especially I’ve my ends, after to make it look smooth (additional minute or two). ♥ Then compare to a photo of how my hair looks after my first time using the TYMO 2.0 blow dryer hair brush only from slightly damp, clean hair (7 mins.)! ABOUT THIS PRODUCT: This brush is very light weight. It gets hotter than the blow dryer setting I usually use. I had a bit of static after use which a tiny bit of serum fixed. The bristles on the TYMO brush get my tangles out, allowing me to eliminate the use of a paddle brush. I find the color aesthetically pleasing. Due to the hot air coming from inside the brush as opposed to from outside, my hair dried and styled much more quickly! I previously spent a lot of extra time trying to dry my roots, and would typically leave them slightly damp for time’s sake.. that is no longer an issue thanks to this brush! It works impressively well. As you can see from my photos, it left my hair much smoother than my old routine. I was determined to buy and try this as I am expecting to give birth to twins anytime now & wanted to make my hospital bag lighter. I’m so glad it worked as advertised! I went from using 3 products: a heavy blow dryer in one hand, a round brush in the other, and paddle brush for tangles — to 1 product: the TYMO 2.0 blow dryer brush! I can’t recommend this product enough, especially at this price point.

Great for thin, fine hair! After reading several reviews about fine, thin hair, I bought this and it has not disappointed! If you struggle with getting volume, this definitely helps! I have a short bob cut hairstyle and it helps so much. Highly recommend! I use it daily after my messy, sleeping hair, (even if I don’t wash my hair) and my hair prep time has definitely decreased, with great results!

Love this hot air brush! It's more of a styling tool than a hair dryer, you will want to have your hair almost dry before using it. It's perfect for sprucing up bangs! It does get hot so be careful with the settings, the heat is adjustable from no heat to fire! This gives a great professional blowout look - although you will be getting an arm workout in the process.
