I like the wine cooler, but the dual temperature zone is not as accurate as I would like. The fan started making loud noises after less than a year after plugging it in. However, customer service sent some troubleshooting steps to test the fan function. I give Lisa, the customer service rep, 5 stars with her help. When those steps did not remedy the problem, they sent me another fan to install with a link to the instructions on how to remove the fan. The video could have been better. It was not in English, parts of it was blurry, and women were yelling in the background. Nonetheless, I was able to remove and replace the fan. This solution seems to work. Well, it was the perfect size to fit in my space. It arrived with a couple of small dings in the door, but given the size and weight of the thing I decided to live with the dents rather than deal with the inconvenience of shipping it back. After about 8 months it developed a very annoying ticking sound. I contacted support and they walked me through diagnosing the problem, which is a fan that can be replaced. They sent me a new fan and I followed the video to replace it. It was not too hard to do. I am giving them 4 stars because I think Tyzla support (Lisa) is outstanding - pretty much the best I have seen from any vendor on Amazon. ... show more

When I received the cooler, I was impressed by the sleek design and the wooden shelves as well as the slides for the shelves. I did have an issue with the fan noise being louder than anticipated. I contacted the company and they requested a video of the noise. After receiving it, they sent a step by step fix for the problem. This was a minor repair requiring removing the back plate. The fix has worked fine. I have been running it for over a month now. It is slightly louder than the one I was sued to yet it is larger in capacity. This is the only reason for the 4 stars. The product is as represented, good quality and a fair price. The customer service was very good and continually followed up. I would recommend this to a friend or family member. Good job.
