With so many wine fridges out there, I did a lot of research at a wide range of price points and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The Highlights - Great features - Surprisingly great built quality - Quiet - Efficient - Customer service that's about as good as it gets Details - Customer service - Before purchasing the fridge, I reached out to customer service with a few questions and to my surprise, I got a real human who was incredibly helpful and even followed up via email. - Amazon doesn't follow directions but Tylza was there to help - Unfortunately, when the fridge arrived, Amazon had ignored the big "Do not lay flat" on the side of the box and it was lying on its back with a bunch of damage to the box. I refused to take delivery and while Amazon couldn't have been less helpful (refusing to replace it and forcing me to place a new order) I was again able to reach out directly to Tylza and Lisa helped me figure out the best solution. To be clear, this was 100% Amazon's fault and Tylza was fantastic! - Build quality - Unlike some lower cost wine fridges, the shelves in this unit are on high quality slides (not simply sliding on plastic) that operate smoothly and feel sturdy. In fact, they are plenty sturdy to take out some shelves (they are easily removable) and stack bigger bottles two layers deep. - The fit and finish of all the metal parts as well as the wood shelf faces is on par with much more expensive units. - Operation - The fridge is quiet! Even when the compressor is running you don't hear it above the noise of even your average quiet room. Much quieter than a regular refrigerator. I initially set the temperature to 55 degrees and it was down to temp in an hour or so. It also seems to hold it's temperature well with the compressor only coming on periodically for a short time. I placed two sensors in the fridge, at the top and bottom of the unit and with the temperature set to 53 degrees, the bottom of the fridge is at 52 and the top at 56 degrees. This gradient is to be expected and each has stayed consistent, not straying more than 2 degrees (which translates to almost nothing in the bottles). It's perfect to put your whites and more delicate wines on the bottom and use the gradient to your advantage with bolder reds moving towards the top. - A note about capacity - Like most people, I was concerned with fitting different size bottles and unfortunately, it is a challenge. To be clear, this is not an issue with Tylza or this fridge but with wine bottles in general and there is simply no way to make the rack spacing fit all bottles. The problem is exactly the same with a Eurocave or other fridge that uses shelves, at any price. With Pinot and other larger bottles, the storage space is pretty dramatically diminished and you do have to get creative. With a lot of larger bottles (pinot, CA bottles, champagne etc) I was able to fit about 160 which is just something you have to expect. On the up side, the shelves are spaced far enough apart to fit most bottles in a single layer and not have the shelf above rub on them. I've only had the fridge a short time but at this point I can say that I would recommend this fridge to anyone looking for a wine fridge with this capacity. Best of all, the customer service gives me confidence that if I ever do run into an issue or need a part / repair, they will be helpful in resolving it. Just buy it!

The refrigerator is very much as described and looks great installed in our butler's pantry. What really impressed me was how well I was able to resolve a problem when one developed. After about 6 months with everything working great, a clicking sound began to develop in the machine when the compressor was running and it continued to get louder. I reached out to Tylza through Amazon about the issue. They quickly sent some troubleshooting video links to me and put me in touch with Lisa who would further assist me. After sending Lisa a video, they diagnosed the problem as a bad cooling fan. Lisa sent me a new cooling fan free of charge and a video on how to install it. I was able to install the new fan and everything is working well again and very quiet. So far I'm very pleased with this beverage refrigerator.

Overall, this is a very nice cooler. When I set both zones at 55F, the lower zone did not go below 62F. Contacted the manufacturer who instructed me to set the upper zone colder than the lower zone as the lower zone pulls cold air from the upper zone to cool. Once I set upper at 45F and lower at 55F, works fine and cools very well. Manufacturer said that this is normal for the type of low power design it is, and extended my warranty for another year...very responsive to emails!!

I got this mini fridge over a year and a half ago and it ran great. Recently though, the fan started to make a rather loud and distracting noise so I contacted customer support. They were great! After some back and forth figuring out what the problem was, they not only sent me a replacement fan, they sent an instructional video of how to install it. The fridge looks and runs great but the customer service is what has sold me on the Tylza brand. Thanks again!

This wine fridge is really nice and holds quite a few bottles. It also has dual cooling zones, which are great to hold red and white wines at a temperature so they are ready to drink at a moments notice. I try to have a variety of wines on hand to accompany many styles of food, and I also have some meant for longer term aging. This fridge also has a good amount of space. I read reviews for several other fridges before purchasing this one, and it seemed like many others didn’t fit anything other than standard Bordeaux sized bottles with thin glass very well. This one seems to fit all but the thickest bottles in an interlaced layout. This allows a greater actual capacity than many others. Overall, this has been a great addition to our home.

This is a 5 start review for the customer service and communication from the company. The unit looks nice, holds a great amount of cans on the beverage side and a decent amount of wine on the wine side. The wine shelves are a bit too short in height and wider wine bottles are a tight or difficult fit. Unfortunately after 2 year, the unit is not cooling the selected temperature on either side (about 10 degrees too warm). Despite inconsistencies with the stated warranty, the company customer service has been excellent in responding, diagnosing the problem and offering solutions.
