Finally, the T9 allows for tilting on top of vertical mode. Can anyone open the cover when the tailgate is closed? No, users can only access the patented ergonomic locking latch handles when the tailgate is open, unsuring maximum safety to your belongings. Is this cover compatible with Bedliners? And is drilling required? This cover is compatible with spray-on but drop-in bedliners, a notch will need to be cut. No drilling is required for installation. Will it stay secured at highway speed?
