Ok, so if you're missing hardware, you'll have to go find some. No hardware included. But, that's to be expected. Easy to install. All holes line up a they should. The picture is of a smooth finished plastic piece, but these have the felt coating on it. Don't think you have the wrong part. The felt coating is normal on most new cars. (My '17 F-150 also has a splash shield with a felt coating). ... show more

This product was great, the problem was that without a lift or jacks there’s almost no way you can do this at home. We paid a local auto shop $30 to install it for us which saved us a lot of time and money.
