Description

To restore your vehicle's factory cooling efficiency, all TYC radiators are equivalent to OE construction for number and placement of fluid tubes and cooling fins. For those radiators with transmission oil coolers, the tanks are molded using heat-resistant, high-density polymer plastic for added protection against extreme engine temperatures. Each TYC radiator is leak-tested before leaving the factory to ensure consistent quality.

I slapped this unit in my 06 Impreza Outback Sport over a year ago after the OEM radiator failed at 200k. I was in a pinch and I took a gamble with this el cheapo unit just hoping it would get me by until I could replace it with an OEM or better. That never happened and this thing is still in there after almost 30k miles of driving over the past 1.5 years. The miles have been exclusively city and suburban almost like how an Uber driver would put on mileage. Fitment was fine, fans bolted on no problem. The size is almost identical to the OEM part. i needed a new radiator for the car because it was getting hot and the top of the tank was leaking. the installation was ok but the top mount was a little off, but was able to carefully bolt it. solved the problem under 100 dollars. would be 5 stars if the top bolts lined up.
