The TYBOATLE Sleep Chair Bed (Dark Grey) just arrived and I’m really happy with it so far. Assembly was simple. It took just a few minutes and only required 8 screws. The tool was included, which I always appreciate. No hunting around the house for the right tool. I was looking for a chair for my office and library space that wouldn’t break the bank, and this fits perfectly. It’s comfortable for working on my laptop when I don’t feel like sitting at my desk, and it’s great for reading or just lounging. The adjustable backrest makes it easy to shift positions depending on what I’m doing. The bonus is that it converts into a sleeper. Now when we have people over, we actually have an extra place for someone to crash. That alone makes it worth it. And honestly, I might start sneaking in a quick nap here and there during the workday. For the price and versatility, this is a solid addition to a small space.

I give it a 5 star rating because it is exactly as described. It was super easy to assemble and is sturdy. The adjustments to the back work perfectly and it folds easily. However, it's very hard as a chair and as a bed. I don't like the fact that it's really low. But, I added pillows on the seat and the back to make it a little higher. All in all, it will serve the purpose of my granddaughter having a convenient pull out bed to sleep on when she spends the night. An adult could use it too, though it's not really wide. But, that's okay. It will suffice. Despite the things I said that I dislike about it, it's a nice piece of furniture and it is fully functional.

I love this chair. It was easy to build and not too heavy. It is quite comfortable as both a chair and bed although not the softest but I like that. Seems like the company made changes so there is no poking like mentioned in previous reviews. The pillow is also comfortable and the cover comes off to wash it.

It was very easy to put together. In my opinion it is not "Comfy" or comfortable as a lounge or sleeping, it is as hard as a rock, it is not a medium coushin. It is an acceptable small chair, but it is very low. It is good for someone who does not have space, and just needs a platorm to put a cushion on. I like it as a lounge it has an adjustable back, I just added a few blankets to give it some cushion.

Very disappointed in this chair. Foam part was way too hard to even sit on. When I went to send it back it cost me about as much as I paid for the stupid thing. If I had known that it was going to cost me a lot to send back ,then I would not have ordered it in the first place. Never had a problem sending something back through Amazon before. Will never do that again!

Firm cushioning and the adjustable ratchet recline feature, makes this thing awesome over a standard recliner. In fact i got this to replace the recliner, as the recliner was just adding to my back problems. This thing, combined with various pillows and foam blocks I use to try and make sitting and relaxing somewhat comfortable despite all my aches and pains. 20 years of working desk jobs on computers all day, combined with getting old and out of shape, can leave you in a bad way. Thank goodness I finally found a piece of furniture I can be comfortable on. This feels so much better on my back. And being only a few inches off the ground makes it easier on my knees getting in and out of it. I bought this for entirely ergonomic reasons, and since its kind of foldable/transformable, it does great on that front. I see folks complaining about how it looks folded as a chair. Being that I only use it in lounge mode, I don't really care, but I tried it in the chair mode to test, and it was fine. I think some people get so obsessed with things being just like the picture. I could care if its an exaxt match, as long as it does whats promised as needed, and hopefully get a decent amount of use before it croaks. I needed a living room chair that actually supports my back, and I found it! And it does seem fairly sturdy, so I think it should last a while. Overall I'm extremely happy hence the 5 stars. My back is finally happy for once too.

7/16/24 PURCHASE: We received the chair earlier than expected! Price even more reasonable because it was a "lightning deal" We were excited to put it together. Had no trouble with assembly. The disappointment was, unfortunately, there are some problems with quality control which really effects its use in the CHAIR position. 1) As you can see from the pictures, the arm/leg covers don't fit. We tried stretching them but it didn't help. The velcro will catch on things including scratching the skin if it is turned the wrong direction. (Update: they never sent new ones) 2) When folded, the seat is off center. (Update: resolved during repeated hinge manipulation.) 3) But, the biggest problem is where it folds into the chair position. The hinged part sticks out past the curve of the chair on both sides. Obviously this is uncomfortable but besides that over time this will potentially rip the fabric, unless we keep it in the bed/chase position. After making a complaint they sent an instruction sheet for fixing the problem, with pictures saying: open and close the seat which we did at least 40 times and it got a little better but it is still not like the picture in the ad. The fact that they have an instruction sheet indicates this is an ONGOING PROBLEM. We really wanted the chair so we requested a price adjustment or if they wouldn't give one then we would need a refund or replacement which would have been a HASTLE. They offered a 25% off adjustment, we accepted. They also said they would address quality control issue. The chair is in a guest room and when/if it is used it will be mostly in the bed position the material shouldn't rip from the hinge issue. So all in all - it is an acceptable product.
