This couch is nice for the price. It is actually comfortable and you can make it look comfier with blankets and extra pillows. It is a pull out couch as well, but you have to use one of the long pillows from behind u and place it on the pull out part to fill that space in. It was really easy to assemble, very straight forward, you could build it on your own which is what I did. I got the beige color, the material is soft and the color is perfect for an aesthetic look. The Txtin's Sleeper Sofa with Pull Out Couch Bed is a great find, especially for a small apartment. Even though it’s large and U-shaped, it fits the space well and makes the living room look modern and cozy. We had guests stay over, and they slept on the pull-out bed — everyone said it was comfortable and easy to use. I am writing this review to protect other customers from going through what I experienced. This product destroyed my trust in Amazon and caused me enormous emotional and financial damage. WHAT THE LISTING SHOWS vs WHAT YOU GET: The listing shows a large, beautiful, full-size U-shaped sectional sofa. What arrived is a tiny, unstable structure made of thin wooden sticks loosely covered in cheap fabric. It is not a sofa. It does not function as a sofa. It cannot support the weight of a normal adult safely. THE QUALITY IS SHOCKING: The wooden slats are completely exposed and dangerously thin. The backrest panels are not secured — they lean, shift and could collapse on anyone sitting on it. There is zero internal structure, no real padding, no foam. The fabric is already separating from the frame. The legs wobble. Every single component is the cheapest possible material. I have photos of everything. THE EMOTIONAL IMPACT: I donated my previous sofa because I trusted this purchase would be a real replacement for my home. When I opened and assembled this product I literally cried. I paid $500.54 and I am now living without a sofa because this product is unsafe to use. I am a loyal Amazon customer and this experience has been devastating. THE SELLER ACTED IN BAD FAITH: When I complained, the seller told me TWICE to “wait for the Amazon judgment period to be over” before they could help me. This was a deliberate tactic to delay my refund claim until it expired. My A-to-z Guarantee claim was then wrongly closed. I had to fight for weeks to get it reopened. THE RETURN IS IMPOSSIBLE: This sofa arrived vacuum-packed in a box. Repacking a sofa is not realistic. Taking it to a UPS store would cost more than the refund itself. The seller knows this and uses it as a trap. BOTTOM LINE: The photos are fake. The listing is misleading. The product is dangerous. The seller acts in bad faith. Save your money and buy from a trustworthy brand. I wish I had read a review like this before purchasing. I have photos and full documentation of everything described above. ... show more

soooo great couch! esp for the price but 4 stars cause i think they forgot to add the other velcro onto the bottom of the back lol, like it has it on one side so it just kinda hangs down, but i’m gonna just add some or not gaf. I decorated it up and kinda prefer when it’s pulled out 24/7, it is also a lil short like i’m 5’10 and the back is below my butt, but yk it’s not ugly like tht ... show more
