Absolutely love this sofa! It looks even better in person and fits my living room perfectly. The design is modern and clean, and the light color makes the whole space feel brighter and more spacious. It’s comfortable for relaxing, and I really like the flexibility of the sectional/pull-out design. Assembly was straightforward, and it feels sturdy once set up. For the price, I’m very happy with the quality and overall look. Definitely a 5-star purchase!

I REALLY want to love this sofa, but I don't. I recently downsized from a house into an apartment (empty nester) and wanted something smaller than the furniture I had in my home. This sofa seemed to fit what I needed. The box said to allow 72 hours for it to fluff out, however it's been a full month (received July 21, today is August 23rd) and it is the same fluffiness today as the day it came out of the box. The sofa is not very comfortable to sit on and offers no back support at all - you literally feel like you're sitting straight up since the pillows don't really offer back support. Because the pillows did not fill out the cushion thickness is so thin you can feel the frame of the sofa when you sit. The arms of the sofa could definitely use more foam in them as they don't really sit up properly - they just kind of fall over. The covering of the sofa is so thin that the frame is ripping holes in it behind the pillows (see photos). The height of the sofa is REALLY short. For reference, I am 5' tall, and as you can see in the photos the height barely reaches my knees. I can purchase lifters to compensate for the lack of height so I suppose that's not too big of a deal. The chaise lounge is also super short. My feet hang off the end with a pillow behind me, but if I move the pillow and sit all the way back then my feet stop at the edge of the lounger. The pull out sofa is a cool option, however again because the pillows are not truly full they don't really support comfortable sleeping when you lay them down for sleeping. Aesthetically, the sofa is really cute. However, I don't think its overall quality is that great. I will say IF the pillows had fluffed out more I would probably have a different opinion.

I bought this sofa recently, and it has been a solid addition to our living room. Delivery Note: Just a heads-up for future buyers: the couch shipped in two separate boxes and they arrived on different days. Don't worry if you only get half of it at first; the second box came shortly after. Size and Comfort: The couch is quite large and the deep seats make it very comfortable for lounging. Setting it up in this "pit" configuration gives us plenty of space to stretch out, which is great for watching TV. Appearance: The cream white color looks nice and clean. It’s a neutral piece that fits well with our decor. I added a couple of orange pillows and a small plush to add some color. Modular Feature & Assembly: It’s fully modular, so it's easy to move the pieces around to change the layout if needed. Assembly was straightforward and didn't take too much effort once both boxes arrived.Overall, it’s a good quality, comfortable couch for the price. No major complaints so far.

Absolutely love this sofa! It’s the perfect size, super soft and comfortable, and looks great in my space. One of my favorite things about it is how practical it is when my family comes to visit. It easily turns into a bed, and the setup is incredibly simple and convenient. I’m genuinely so happy with this purchase and absolutely love it!

Wanted to provide my feedback on the sleeper sofa. I did not read every single review, but I did read every review that included an image and there was an issue that was not addressed by any of the buyers. Have had this sofa for a month now. Pros: >> Affordable - under $700 >> Delivered in two boxes. Delivery was pretty fast, more or less about a week. >> Took approximately 1.5 hours to assemble with two people >> Cushions fully fluffed about 3-4 days in (please be mindful, if you want the arm rest to rise, you may need to manually makeshift and do some work) >> Low to the ground - this is subjective to others. It is kid friendly for our 1.5 year old to climb onto by herself and get off without too much worries of a hard fall. Cons: >> The back cushions that are to be used to fill in the extended sleeper section are not as firm as the seated cushions. This can cause sinking if used as is for sleeping purposes. I use a mattress topper when we have guests, so it balances everything. >> The pull-out section of the sofa does not have legs support the wooden beams. When pulled out, it is not perfectly aligned with the rest of the sofa and could potentially break if someone with a heavy set were to sit directly on that section. Had to do some customization to support that part. Overall - customers considering the sofa should understand this is not a high-quality sofa, but if you're looking for something under $1000 that will get the job done, then this is a good candidate.

This couch is pretty big and good quality for the price, easy to put together and looks really nice with some extra pillows. It’s comfortable and it expanded a little bit more after sitting for a while. I’d recommend this for anyone looking for an affordable couch.

This is the perfect couch for our apartment! The couch itself is very comfortable and the material is very nice! The material is also very easy to clean! The size is perfect for what we were looking for. It took maybe two hours to put together which is super quick in my opinion! I love the pull out it’s very sturdy. Very happy with this purchase! I’d say it’s definitely worth the money!

This is the worst sofa ever. The seller expects you to send it back to them the way it was shipped out. Vacuum sealed in two boxes and they also expects for you to pay for the shipping costs. It's very uncomfortable and low to the ground with no fluff as it's described in the details. They ask you to not sit on it for 72 hours for it to completely fluff which I waited for in entire week. This is a third party which they are wanting to make it as difficult as possible to send you a refund. I'm very disappointed with Amazon. I've had this couch for over a month and have spoken to several representatives on this matter only to be told that they are contacting the seller. They also informs me that we are waiting on an email from the seller which only happens the day or days of my next call. This have been the most upsetting experience I've had to deal with in a while.😡 Over a month with no resolve and in my opinion the seller is just selling anything and not being held accountable for selling bad products with the shipping costs and Amazon is allowing them to give their customers bad customer service which I have never incontered with Amazon. All I want is my money back for this crappy couch bench at this point a futon would have been a better choice maybe even patio furniture 😒 I had to give it a star to send this review. This should be a minus five star. Crappy product Crappy customer service Over priced Crappy Accountability
