I love the mattress accept I ordered a 12" and it should have been a 10". Then it would be perfect. I did let it do it's thing for 3 days before using it. You do not slip off the sides at all. The medium firm is true to a medium firm. It is very comfortable, cooler than a non bamboo infused mattress. I am a hot sleeper so that was important. It shows no signs of sinkage anywhere and the entire mattress fluffed to its full potential. An excellent choice and it is a beautiful mattress. I did also purchase and cover it with the waterproof bamboo mattress cover to protect and keep it clean. Only wish I'd gotten the size right. If it was a local company I would have exchanged for a 10" only because I wanted to be a little closer to the floor. I have it on a all wood queen platform bed with the wood slates. It's a perfect match. It is every bit of 12". Great mattress at a very good price. Very soft but firm enough to support you and offers a comfortable night's sleep. My body feels comfy sleeping on it.

Was extremely hesitant to buy a bed I hadn't tested before hand. The quality is good and my husband and I sleep very comfroable. Super easy to set up and It didn't have the smell from the packaging you would expect. My husband is very sensitive when it comes to mattresses but so far he is loving it! Will definitely buy in the future if needed again. Can't beat it for the price!

Buying a mattress online is a bit risky, but this was a winner for me. I have a platform bed, so no box spring needed. It was kind of a shock to see how it arrived, vacuum sealed to maybe 4" thick! This is an innerspring mattress! But, it easily expanded to full thickness in less than a day. It is very comfortable. I love the pillow top, which gives it softness, while the springs give firmness. The only noticeable difference is one noted by other reviewers. The sides are softer than usual for a mattress. I personally don't consider that a problem. If you are looking for a good supportive mattress and don't want to pay an extravagant price, this is definitely a good choice.

I purchased a new mattress and was very happy when I received it. The only issue was my packaging. When it came time to unboxing my mattress I noticed box cutter tears in my mattress. Of course I am disappointed because it’s my money and it should not have any damage. Overall it is comfy for me.
