I got this Twister Arm Trainer for my husband, and while he likes it, I’ve realized that watching him struggle with it is my new favorite hobby. Assembly took less than five minutes—so naturally, that’s about how long he spends using it before moving on to more exciting things, like scrolling on his phone. It’s supposed to be a full-body workout, but honestly, the only full-body engagement happening here is me laughing as he tries to tame this spring-loaded beast. As for me? Forget it. This thing requires more upper body strength than I possess, so I’ve gracefully accepted that my role is purely spectator. If you're looking for a quick arm pump, it's great. If you're looking for a life-changing fitness tool, well… maybe keep shopping.

The box arrived within two days. I was taken aback by the weight of the box when it arrived. This is not an item that is poorly made. Set up is pretty easy. I ordered the red version, since it’s my favorite color. This exercise is not easy. You can’t do too many compressions as a “newbie” because if you do, your inner shoulder areas will be extremely painful. Take your time and build up slowly. (There’s a reason why the guy on the merchant’s Amazon page is buff! 💯😉)

Easy, simple to assemble. Will take some getting used to. The instructions are in English and Mandarin. The instructions are also illustrated. I think the limited examples of how one can use it, was minorly concerning. It does give some strong resistance for physical exercises. Has to settings for length. I think it should've been given just one more notch to shorten it. I did get a good workout on my triceps. This will be used between going to the gym.

Easy to assemble and use, although the instructions are lacking. Initially I installed one side backwards, which has the unintended and fairly amusing effect of making the device extra difficult to use. Fortunately it’s easy to disassemble and correct. My husband likes the tension; it provides a good workout. I like that it doesn’t take up much space.

Works well so far. Arrives in separate parts, but easy to put together. There is still some wobble in the handles after they're attached to the springs, so I would have liked to see tighter tolerances in the fit. The resistance is fine...slightly higher than my single spring bar. Good enough for a light arm workout while sitting at my computer.

I bought this arm trainer for me (a woman) and I can barely budge it. I was surprised, as I lift heavy at the gym, but it's entirely useless to me. My husband likes it, though. It seems well constructed and is easy to assemble.
