Good workout
I bought this torsion bar and practiced at home. Follow the instructions and twist it every day for 10 minutes, sweating profusely! You can see the outline of your chest muscles even when wearing a T-shirt now. The anti slip handle is super friendly and won't slip even if your hands sweat a lot
