Love it. Just as described. Saw results in just a week. It's a little awkward to get used to at first, but once you break it in it's a good work out. I just enjoy that I can do something while watching TV and have the ability to get a good workout in at home.

This things works great however I’ve been too lazy to use it. I used it one time and I couldn’t feel my arms after. I know I would get jacked if I used it but right now that’s not happening. I would rather eat pizza and watch Netflix. But this thing works amazing.

However, it doesn’t feel as sturdy as I hoped—the resistance could be stronger, and I’m not sure how well it will hold up with regular use.
