The Twisted X Men’s 12-Inch Lite Western Work Boot has handcrafted in traditional western boot profiles with signature full-grain leathers for a classic look. On the inside, they utilize air-mesh lining, taped seams and a Twisted X molded footbed for additional comfort. These comfort features are paired with a double-stitched storm welt, full-length composite insole, a lightweight full-length compression-molded EVA midsole, and an oil/slip-resistant molded-rubber outsole to produce an industry-leading work boot. Since its inception in 2005, Twisted X has dedicated its business to creating comfortable handcrafted footwear. From men and women to kids and infants, every pair of Twisted X shoes and boots is created with comfort in mind. While we originally started making western boot styles, the creation of our iconic Driving Moc opened the door for us to create an extensive range of styles including casual, work, and outdoor footwear.

I’m 41 years young and have been in construction the past 22 years of it. I have worn redwings, wolverines, ariats, and double H’s work boots over the years. These work boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I have only had them for 6 months now but they are holding up great so far. I’m a base building superintendent so I’m in the harsh weather environments and so when most boots wear out after 6 or so months, had 1 or two pairs last a year and so I’m use to seeing signs of boots breaking down by now. The media could not be loaded. Every day wear at least 10hrs. a day they hold up well in all weather conditions. Never get tired feet they’re comfortable all day long. Been sold on Twisted X for years good product and value for the $$ .

    • I wanna be a cowboy…
Fit is excellent. Sizing was true to my 11.5 M shoe size. Minimal break in. Have a way to remove them, such as a boot horn when you initially get them and might not be used to removing boots. Very comfortable. Not heavy. Great price on them.

I have very wide feet. In a Red Wing, I wear an H width. It is almost impossible to buy a steel toe that doesnt painfully squeeze and rub my toes. That is why I started buying these Twisted X square toe boots. The reason I wont wear anything else, even when not at work is because the foot pain that I have had for years went away within a week of starting to wear them several years ago and has only come back the two times that I wore another brand of shoe for short periods of time. They last a long time for me as well. I weigh about 320 and most boots are done in 6 months or less. These usually laat me over a year. Great price, great product. ... show more

After 2 years of oilfield use, and 2 years hauling fuel, it was time to replace my Ariat Workhogs. I remember seeing these boots back in my oilfield days, and gave them a shot. I've had these boots for about 3.5 years now, and they are still going strong. Worn daily, and all seasons, the leather is holding up great, with the typical wear to be expected in the soles. I would recommend getting a decent insole, as the originals aren't all that comfortable. All, in all, a great boot for the price. ... show more

These boots easily fit over my instep when I've struggled with other boots. I like the holes to help pull up them up (though I didn't need to use them). I especially loved the design of the boot--this boot featured a rig/derrick on the front and back (perfect for me since I work in the oil/gas industry). I appreciate that the boot has a durable/solid rubber sole and comfortable style but still has the overall appearance of a cowboy boot.
