This is a great box spring. It is quite and really easy to set up. The bars have little slots they fit right into so they won't slip around at all. It's very sturdy. If you want something that will last this is a great option. We used it for a good while and then got a new bed frame and it didn't fit! We were so sad. So just make sure it will fit on your frame before you buy it!
