Definitely worth the price. After reading the reviews I got a little nervous but I'm so pleased with this bed. I bought this for my son as a room-make-over for christmas. If my daughter asks for one next year, I'll buy another one. The headboard and soft materials are amazing. They are sleek, softand sturdy. Actually attaching the headboard front was difficult due to its thickness. Still love it. The led lights are amazing quality and velcro into place which is easy to install and looks streamlined. The drawers are cute and function fine with zero noise, I'm not sure how much they will hold, still do cute. The box it came in was damaged due to the postage carrier and even though one part of a rail was slightly bent, it didn't effect assembly when I bent it back. Each rail and piece fits together perfectly. The instructions were long but they included extra parts and were mostly easy to understand. It did take me 5 hours to put together. It's A lot of pieces. I did buy a 12in mattress to fit the bed better. (See measurements on item's listed pictures) It was needed. There would be a gap at the headboard without it. The only thing that I would say is a slight downfall is that the mattress is slippery on the bed and if you lean against it the mattress slides. I'm not sure what it would take to fix this but I would still buy it again knowing this.

Well made, good design. Assembly is tough, but not too bad. If you have assembled boxed furniture before then this is not much different than anything else, just pay attention and don't over tighten fasteners into the particle board. Everything structural is steel, particle board is only used for the shelving part of the headboard. Parts are numbered and instructions show each part and how they fit together, just pay attention to details like where holes go when putting pieces together. Overall very happy. My only complaint is the cam-locks that are used on part of the headboard. Cam-locks are terrible in general but these are some of the worst I have ever used, they break as soon as you tighten them. Luckily they aren't structural and it doesn't matter if they break. That, and the price is why I still give 5 stars. My son is very happy with it and it seems like it will last a long time.

Great Quality Bed, Highly Recommend We recently purchased this bed (model Y-JOC-C-1604) for our daughter and we've been extremely impressed. The quality of the materials is solid, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and everything was packaged really well to prevent damage. The built-in light strip is a fun bonus. Our daughter absolutely loves it and it adds such a cool touch to her room. The design is stylish and functional with the storage drawers underneath. We did have a small issue where the wheels for the drawers were missing, but everything else was perfect and we’re confident customer service will make it right. In fact, we’re already planning to buy the exact same bed for our son. Overall, a great purchase and definitely worth the price. Highly recommend!

Took foreverrrr to put together. Would have been faster if I had a drill bit that fit those screws but I didnt so I had to use the Allen wrench that came with it. Its a good bed. Heavy duty enough hollow metal base. We didnt put the light and outlet in. I got scared off from the other reviews about it sparking and catching on fire. Its a cute bed and the fabric is nice.

Nice looking bed. Putting it together wasnt super difficult and the instructions were better than comparable chinese furniture. The pieces dont all fit together and I got one piece labeled as "8" that was actually a third extra piece "9" This means one side of my bed isnt connected as my piece "8" was missing the holes for the fasteners. A few of the screw holes didnt really line up and required some serious pushing/flexing of the pieces to get them started. There are several (I think 3) different size allen wrenches needed along with a screwdriver. Most assemble yourself furniture keeps one wrench size so that was annoying. The frame itself is slippery like a frozen pond. The mattress goes scooting at the slightest movement. I got some rug gripper tape and applied that strategically along the frame and it works but it would be nice if a bed just came ready to work as a bed. The completed drawers have clip holders on the frame which require you to lift the front of the drawers off the ground as you clip them to the frame. It is not a good design and my 6 year old isnt going to be using it, they would have been better off to just let the drawers rest on the ground and try to hold them in place with some cheap magnets or something. All in all it is a cute bed that came with good instructions and well labeled extra fasteners in case you lose one. If you havent done a lot of assemble yourself furniture (it sure seems like that is the only kind you can buy these days) get yourself a set of ball end T-handle allen wrenches. It will save your sanity

The frame itself seems nice and sturdy. There is a gap between headboard and mattress that I had to block off. The drawers are a little flimsy and one of them was bent a little so doesn't lock in place. Overall it's cute and heavy enough not to move. The gap definitely is a hazard.
