This was 1 5/8 inside diameter as was a little loose on the 1 3/8 outside diameter of the top rail. The quality was excellent. The length was perfect to stabilize a repair.

These really saved the day. Had some chain-link fence damaged by heavy winds and tree falling on it. Was able to salvage some of the top pipe and cut it. Then used these couplers to hook onto each other saved a fair amount of money.

    • The pack I ordered (1 3/8) is actually a 1 5/8. Too sloppy to hold the pipes in alignment.
Product may be okay but pack doesn't indicate size. These are either poorly made too large or mis-shipped.
