The quality of the bed is much better than I expected until you get to the drawers, they dont slide in and out easily, they dont align, you have to kinda force them shut, very cheap. If you use a drill to tighten the screws dont tighten all the way with drill or the screws strip. It doesn't have any sort of caps or covers for the screws so they are visible. Oh To start, bed is very cute and feels like it’s pretty sturdy. I love the design! The instructions weren’t bad, but there were a few places that didn’t quite line up, so took a bit to figure those out. Unfortunately there are lots of issues that offset how cute this is. 1) the drawers only have one drawer slide in the very middle. The width of the drawers make them very wobbly from side to side due to no other support than the one slide in the middle. This is evident when the bed spread isn’t covering it 2) there are yellow spots all over the bed. I’ve seen this while painting some untreated wood white after time has passed, but I wouldn’t expect it to show this bad immediately. (Second picture) 3) probably the most bothersome to me is that it’s apparent the wood has been patched many places and where they patched it, is the wrong shade. There were even spots where it looked like the wood cracked and then it was patched with a color the wrong shade (Third picture) 4) the screws all over the bed are uncovered, many of which are on the top of the bed. I would hope for a more finished look. Unfortunately many of these issues weren’t noticed until the bed was almost completely together, so I feel like we’re stuck now. ... show more

Put this in my TV room and I think is is fantastic. I use it every night because of a new puppy and so happy and pleased I purchased it. In the daytime I can make it look less like a bed. My two little dogs love it too. I keep the fabric covered for now with large blankets to protect the sofa bed and keep it looking beautiful. Very practical and my nice plush mattress makes it super comfortable. Love it. ... show more

We finally had time to assemble the bed and was very difficult, especially the drawers. Holes did not line up. The most bothering aspect is that there are NO caps to cover all the screws. We got the white frame and now have multiple silver screws showing all around the bed. For the dollar value, you would think caps would be provided. It's now a bedroomed eyesore. ... show more

This product came in 2 boxes. Amazon only tracked one box, and i had to contact Orien Life regarding the other box when i realized that i was missing a lot of pieces. In my frustration, i left them a 1-star review. Orien Life emailed me the tracking for the second box, and it arrived a day after the first box did. The daybed took 10.5 hours for my son and I to assemble, and there were a few times when we wished for a third pair of hands. Many times during assembly, i wanted to throw the whole thing into a burn pit, but then i remembered how much money i had spent on it, and restrained myself. The instructions are only pictures, some of them are wrong, and i had to figure out some of it for myself. I'm not exactly handy, but this is also not the first piece of furniture i have assembled. At several points, there was only enough room to turn the Allen wrench a quarter turn at a time. I chose not to assemble the trundle. I had also purchased a memory foam mattress to go with the daybed, which took time to expand before i could use the daybed. In the time it took for the mattress to arrive and expand (three days), Orien Life called me three times to ask me to remove my 1-star review. I explained to them that i would not edit my review until i had actually slept in the bed. The daybed has a lot of storage capacity, which i love. It feels sturdy. I also like the charging station. In the end, i was not missing any pieces, although the assembly process could have been easier. I do wish there had been more colors to choose from. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I normally don't leave reviews. Or care if I'm missing 1 or 2 screws, I'll just go to lowes or Home Depot. But this whole thing is not working. it's missing a lot of pieces. The holes that are supposed to be there are not there to put the screws in. The holes don't even align for the cup hold table to go down flat. We've tried to adjust it. But it won't align. The pictures posted are of the cup holder table it won't lay flat, the rest are pieces I should have more of or don't have the white plus for step A. I sure hope the manufacturer can make this right as this was my 12 year old birthday gift he absolutely wanted. I will update as we go, or this problem gets fixed. ... show more
