The quality of this loft bed is impressive. The stability is outstanding. It does not make any noise, It looks great! It fits any space that you would put in a twin bed. WE LOVE the stairs! The value is on point. No missing parts. Two of the parts are labeled incorrectly, for us it the smallest bolt, labeled as K when it is H and the hand rail # 26 was labeled as 25, but it was easy to figure out both situations because we already used the part 25 and the H is the smallest bolt. Also, very important to remember... when you get to the part where you put the mattress support bars in... put the bars in on one side and have it standing up as shown in the book, then lay the other side down flat and place the ends of the poles on top of the holes where they go in and slowly raise the side for an easy assembly. It is nice to have an additional shelf for added protection. We used a 9 inch thick twin mattress, it is a perfect fit. We used a ratchet style Allen wrench in two sizes for easier assembly and kept the bolts a little loose on the bed frame when putting the stairs together, then tightened down when all together. Don't forget to take breaks and give yourself 3-4 hours.

this came really fast. two heavy boxes. all parts clearly marked. instructions were clear and easy to follow. most of the assembly can be completed by one person. completed bed is simple and plain but sturdy. wall anchors are included.

We ordered this when we decided to update my son's bedroom. If you're looking at this, there are a few things to note: 1) add the shipping cost to the price (there are several other options that are similar that include shipping and end up being cheaper in the long run), 2) You can not return this, so make sure it fits! At first, we thought about returning and were told we had to pay shipping AGAIN, which would essentially be more than the bed itself. If you decide to purchase, we ended up liking the bed but we were missing a few parts (part #18 which is a side brace) and a bunch of screws. Luckily we had extras from another product that worked well. Also, you'll want to air the 'wood' pieces out since they come smelling like paint/stain. We also noticed that several pieces were already scratched when they arrived, which really stands out on the black surface. We would have liked this bed, but for the customer service/shipping charge, scratches and missing pieces. The stairs are nice for storage and access and my son likes the upper rail to put things on.

My son moved into a smaller room and this loft saved us. Lots of storage space and the desk is big enough for his computer and homework. Took about two hours to assemble with two people. Sturdy and attractive.
