All my pieces came and none were damaged. The only really bad thing is that the plastic that came wrapped in each piece was really dirty.     • No response from supplier if there is a problem.
The daybed looks good, the instructions are good, the screw packet is well put together. I assembled it by myself. One of the support legs needs to be replaced because the screw does not fit. I emailed the company as they stated on their paperwork and have not had a response. They claim they would respond in 24 hours. It's been three weeks. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The bed frame is take time to assemble. Its a little high maybe it can come down six inches.

Looking to add bed for my adult niece to sleep in, rather than the couch when she’s over, I was searching for a specific type to fit in my office that also acts as my grandnephews’ playroom. I decided a daybed would be perfect for the space; and after researching several, I decided upon this due to the design. I felt it would be perfect for her girlie girl tastes, and it did not disappoint. It is so dainty and pretty, and she loved it immediately. Downfall personally? I TRIED to piece this together on my own, but there was nooooooo way. There were a gazillion pieces to this; I literally had to call in reinforcements on this one lol. I had ALL the pieces laid out in orders on the floor; and I kid you not, but it took up 70% of the room lol. Good instructions-very easy to assemble; took about 2 hours max to assemble. Extra bolts and wrenches were included--which is nice in case loose one!!! Sturdy. Please with quality, price, and appearance (MUCH better quality and price than Ashley).

This product has SO MANY PIECES!!! It is not for those who are assembly challenged. The directions are not in English, only pictures. I had to pay extra for some to put this together. It took them two days. It is a good bed. It does sleep well, which you need after doing the assembly. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this item, unless you are really good with assembling more than 300 pieces. ... show more

ANYONE boasting about how easy this was to assemble is a professional furniture assembly person or a LIE! The instructions were not easy to follow. The parts were many! This shouldn’t cost more than $65 because it is sturdy enough after completion! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
