Beds are great, easy to assemble and solid. Really happy with the product. What was most awesome was the customer service. We ordered the option with the trundler bed, one of the pieces was not correct. I contacted the seller via the messaging service on Amazon and they responded within minutes. After some back and forth to identify the right part they promptly shipped the correct pieces out at their expense. I can not say enough good things about this company. The media could not be loaded. I bought this bed last year and honestly the worst buy I payed a lot for shipping and the bed has now broke. Since I bought it for my little kids it has been wobbly and squeaks since day one now I have to buy a new bed again.
