The latter screw holes are no lined up right with where ladder goes. Ladder is uncomfortable. Assembly is very hard, screws are hard to tighten well and the bed does seem sturdy enough for now but this took hours and was very frustrating.

We needed extra places for family to stay for the holidays. My husband said it was very easy to put together. It’s also heavy and sturdy. I’m so pleased!! We bought a bunk bed 2 years ago at another store and it isn’t anywhere near this quality. I would recommend this bed to everyone. Great for extra places to sleep for the holiday season!!!

I received the bed and unpacked it and unfortunately the bolt kit was missing. I contacted the company and they very quickly resolved my issue and sent me a new package that day. We love the bed and will definitely buy from this company again!

I bought my kids this bunk bed thinking that it will solved my problem in buying 2 separate bed, it actually gave me more problems, the screw wrench didn’t work on the screws, they send a wrong key, the upper bed end frame came with the screw hole in the wrong place and the upper bed poles that holds the bed together (center pole) didn’t have the screw hole so now I’m holding it together with a threaded rod.

I bought this bed because I was looking for a low bottom and standard upper which would result in more headroom for the lower bunk. The diagram showed the overall height incorrect. By the time I realized it was going to be virtually impossible to repackage and send back. Instead we just kept the bed and are dealing with a very low height. It’s working out but not what we wanted or thought we were getting.

Got this bunk bed for my son's room. It was pretty straightforward to put together but took a few hours for me. Definitely would help to have a 2nd person when putting the top bunk part on. But it is good and sturdy and came together nicely. The whole bed is much shorter than I was expecting never seen a bunk bed this short.
