Got for my sons, 10 y/o birthday - and he was thrilled! He likes the lights (forgot to turn on - haven’t tried in the app but there’s a button that cycles through RGB colors at one brightness and then a flashing mode). Definitely recommend doing the whole build with two people or it’ll take forever. And I reeeeally recommend having an “Allen wrench style” drill bit - but use low speed so as not to over tighten. Or an Allen wrench style ratchet works well too (we used both). Definitely helped to speed up the process. Also, we’ll definitely need to change out the fan in the room now, as I’d be concerned with anyone going to the top bunk, possibly getting their head whacked. So flush mount fan is our next buy for his room. Love the clothes hanging rack for his school clothes and the storage of 4 drawers and 3 shelves are great in teaching him organization. We didn’t have any issues with the quality of the product or quantity of pieces (as I read in other reviews). Nothing was bent nor damaged, even though you could clearly tell that someone with large boots walked all over the box (I’m guessing FedEx). Great cost for a sturdy bunk bed that gave him the “big boy” full bed and the “cousin-sleepover” twin bed above. Hard to find this combo where the full is in the L-shape, which was what we really wanted! Easy to understand instructions. And great customer service. We had a slight issue where one box was delivered (before the anticipated date) and Amazon automatically reported the whole thing delivered even though the main box wasn’t delivered, so we couldn’t track it anymore. It was really easy to connect with the seller and they quickly resolved my concern, provided tracking, and it still arrived within the original window. If you can’t tell by now, I really do recommend for anyone considering it…do it! You won’t find a better value for the quality.and arrived within a week during that terrible Southeastern winter blast recently. No regrets!

I originally gave 4 stars I think after we set it up. Looks great but pretty time consuming to assemble and wobbly even with a7 year old on top bunk. I’m now giving one star as the framing on the full size bed has already broke in less than 2 weeks.
