The instructions are horrible. The hardware had multiple sizes of the same screw in the bag. To identify what was in the bag there were tiny peices of paper just loose in the bag. Some peices of wood weren't labeled and SO many were labeled wrong. I still have 4 peices that I can not find a use for. On top of all the assembly issues we had. There is NO WAY the bottom will hold 400lbs. The frame feels pretty sturdy but the crossboards are not going to hold that much. Disappointed. it ... show more
