This was packaged very well and even included a tool to make opening it easier without damaging the mattress. It was really heavy, but it doesn’t sag or sink so it must be for good reason. It holding it’s shape keeps it comfortable. This mattress is on the firmer side, but I personally like that, if you prefer a softer mattress get a pillow topper or a different mattress. The manufacturing of the mattress is of a higher quality, the seams are sturdy, stitched well, and stay in place. The pillow topper filling doesn’t shift around so it is an even feel through out. You can sit on the edge of the mattress and it stays put with very little give and bounces right back in place.

I purchased this mattress for my guest bedroom based on the reviews. I have to agree. This mattress is awesome. I purchased the 14" mattress. With just one day, it has inflated to 13". So, I am going to give it another day. However, when I laid down on the mattress it supported my back and my side. It was very easy to set up. And a cutter was placed in the box to unwrap the mattress. The mattress looks great. It has the right firmness for anyone dealing with certain issues with back or neck pain. I am going to order another one for my bed.

This matters is literally incredible! It is a hybrid mattress and is soft when you are sitting, but very firm when you are lying down. True to size and fluffs up in just a few seconds. I have a break in my spine and need a lot of support. I was skeptical of the price, but am not disappointed at all. I have been sleeping on this mattress for 2 months now and it is still as comfortable as day 1.

Great bed, very comfortable for price. However if you are needing a bed a little on the firm side this is not a good choice, it's got zero firmness! Its still very comfortable but you do just kind of sink in. Im a little worried that in time its gonna be an issue as far as being able to feel the springs. But for the price you cant expect something to last forever.

Just arrived today but, after a few hours it feels comfortable. It is firm but has a tiny bit of give. I think it will be a great mattress to sleep on for side sleepers like me. I bought the full size. I bought a full size foam mattress last year and it made me stink when I slept on it. The mattress even made my dog stink. No more foam. I opted for this instead. No smell. I would recommend purchasing this mattress.

It just needs a bit of patience to fully fluff up and reach its perfect comfort level. Since switching to this mattress, I’ve had the best sleep I’ve experienced in ages. So far so good for this mattress. Great price point. I was a bit skeptical even after reading the reviews. We have been sleeping on this mattress for 2 nights. The first night it took me a couple of hours to get comfortable because its a bit more soft than I prefer. Once I went to sleep, I slept all night without waking up. My back and knees haven't hurt upon waking. The mattress did have a chemical smell when we opened it. After letting it air out and spraying Febreeze on it the smell went away. The reason that I have given 4 stars is because it is supposed to be a 14 inch KING size mattress but it is about 2 inches shorter and narrower than our king size bed foundation and old king size mattress. It's also 13.25 inches fully expanded. I guess that is where the get what you pay for comes in but overall as of right now it is a nice mattress.
