The media could not be loaded. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is covered in the video. I'm very pleased with the quality and the look and the feel of the mattress and highly recommend it. Just be careful when you open it up. The force with which it pops open is dangerous if you are leaning over it. There is a warning label that tells you not to be standing over it when you open it. However if you have the mattress rolled 180° before you open it, you may not see this warning, as was the case for me, which explains why in the video I say there's no warning and later I say there is.

First off y'all - This box is HEAVY. I've ordered other bed-in-a-box that was for whatever reason, not nearly as heavy as this box. Then again, I was younger on those orders lol, so maybe it just feels heavier. Regardless..... I ordered this for my second bedroom and I have to say, I'm very pleased with the mattress. I gave it the full 24 hours to fluff up, but I did put a bug protector on it immediately because I live in an apartment community and I'm admittedly paranoid of bed bugs. Even with the protector on it, it expanded very nicely. Prior to putting the protector on, I inspected the construction and there were no unravelling stitches, and the mattress was very firm to the press of a hand. Admittedly I didn't inspect it for long as I wanted to get the protector on. Since it was in a spare room, I let it sit with just the protector on for a few days to fully do it's thing before I dressed it. Given that this is a 12" mattress, sheets are a harder to find because most of them are now geared for beds up to 16" - but I did find a fairly nice set on Amazon. What I'm going to do is purchase at least a 2" mattress topper so I can use the sheets I have for my main 14" mattress. (as is without topper) Once I put the sheets on, I had to give it a few nights of testing, so I slept on it and I can say it is very, very comfortable. My other mattress is a hybrid, but it is a flat top and doesn't have the soft padded layer on the top like this mattress does. My other mattress sleeps hot, which honestly, I hate. I can't say that this mattress seems to have that same issue, but where I live we're currently in that weird in-between weather where it's not hot or cold, so without any AC or Heat on, this mattress performed very well in terms of not sleeping hot. If you've experienced that in a mattress, you know what I mean. I'm glad I made this purchase and I think it's going to be great for a guest bedroom, and who knows - after a few nights testing, I may decide to swap out this mattress for my other one. It's great to have that option with what I would say is a quality mattress for a very inexpensive price.

I love this mattress. Its quality is as good as quality comes. The springs have just the right firmness for support and the top gel padding provides ample cushion. I use this on an Ikea bed frame, and its height of about a foot is optimal for me to easily get in and out of bed. Setup? There's none to speak of. Simply take it out of the box and unfurl the shrink wrap. It immediately springs to life and starts expanding. The package it came in is surprisingly small, so I was disappointed with it initially thinking I was getting a thinner mattress. Boy, was I wrong. This thing expands quickly into a regular mattress once out of its package! Remarkable! There is no "new mattress smell" I'm able to pick up, or nothing offensive anyway. I don't have the best sense of smell, so don't quote me on that one. This mattress will be replacing a 20-year-old mattress, which no longer provides enough support for me. I had been sleeping on the floor with a tatani mat because the old mattress was giving me back pains. I'm so thrilled with this new mattress: it has the right thickness, firmness, and softness, and provides plenty of support for my back. I'm unable to feel the springs because the built-in gel cushion provides ample padding. For additional comfort, I'm also using a 2-inch memory foam mattress topper (from my old mattress). At the current price of just under 100.00, I think this mattress is very, very good value for money. I hope to get many years of use out of this. Highly, highly recommended!

I did not know, until I got this mattress, that it was possible to have an internal-spring mattress compressed into such a small roll. Unwrapping it is a bit tricky, but unpeeling the outer plastic was fairly easy once I found it. I put it in place on the bedframe, and only then opened the plastic for it to decompress. The mattress decompressed impressively quickly, almost popping into existence like a life raft in a movie. The stitching seems solid, and the mattress is soft and comfortable, fitting a twin-size bed frame perfectly. It looks great! My opinion is that this is an excellent value and I would happily get a second one.

After taking out the box and taking the packaging all it takes a couple hours for the bed to fully uncompressed. I noticed a slight smell but not too strong that I had to open a window after a few nights of sleep on it. You can tell that my old mattress wasn't getting a job done. Comfort wise. This is the best sleep I had in quite some time and the size fits the frames just perfect and the weight of the bed itself in the box. You can easily take up a flight of stairs, but once it's not, that's a different story.

For a little over $100, you can't beat this mattress. I got this for a spare room and the couple of people that used it already, remarked that it's pretty comfortable. I slept on it for a couple of nights, and have to agree, I just wish it was a tad bit firmer. I think it's great for kids, especially as a first "big" bed, that they'll probably ruin in short order, the cost won't make you feel bad when that happens. Definitely recommend.
