I don’t mind giving my stats for reference, I am 5 foot five and I weigh approximately 255 pounds. when I lay on the mattress, I barely make a dent, now that’s firm. Although it’s a firm mattress, you feel like you’re laying on a cloud; it is an indescribable comfort. I put it on the bed frame and I was not intending to take a nap, but I laid down and before I knew it, I fell asleep! I woke up refreshed and no pain in my hips. Simply amazing! I’m a hot sleeper and I find that the cool mattress is a godsend. The mattress cover is exceptional quality, slightly textured, and very luxurious. Other memory foam mattresses that I purchased in the past had a terrible chemical odor but not with this mattress. Smells fresh and clean.And it’s Made in the good old USA! Additionally, I purchased the Linenspa XL, twin, electric adjustable base to go with this mattress. It is a great combination to sit up in bed and watch TV or read. Together, these two products make a very stable, XL twin bed suitable for heavy adults. Overall, this mattress is worth every penny and I was able to utilize the $50 off coupon that was offered on the day of my purchase. As an additional bonus, my order arrived a day earlier and promised! I definitely recommend this mattress.

When I tell you that this mattress is EVERYTHING, I mean it's everything!!!. I truly have hip and back problems. I've had them for years. Years of injections, Chiropractic care, and pain meds. In 8 yrs I've purchased a Serta perfect sleep,(medium firm) 1,000 dollars and a Sterns and Foster (medium firm)1,800 dollars and would be in soooooo much pain in the morning. I've never purchased a memory foam mattress before. So in March my son purchased his 3 boys a Nectar medium firm memory foam mattress from Amazon. I sat on one and thought wow, this would be great if it was more firm. I saw Nectar Medium firm mattresses at Sam's but not firm... Since Amazon had Amazon days on October 8-9, I started looking at mattresses since the prices were great. I've looked at sooooooo many then I ran across this mattress and it was 250.00 less than regularly priced. All the reviews, with the exception of one stated that it is FIRM, FIRM, and everyone LOVED it. I figured why not, 350.00 for a firm, copper gel mattress isn't that bad. I took a chance and bought it, and btw an additional 50.00 came off at the checkout. So 300.00. I ordered it on the 8th and it was supposed to be here on the 20th, 2 days later Fed Ex delivered it, Like WHAT!!!!???!!! I was super happy and excited to get it. The box was heavy, my son and grandkids brought it to the bedroom and it was packaged well. I've read it is best to open in a warm room, so I had the blinds open and the sun made my room warm. I opened it on the bed and within 10 mins it was full and exactly 14 inches It is FIRM FIRM....I have never in my life slept so good. Better than a hotel mattress. No indentations, it doesn't move when I get up, my 3 dogs jumped in and out and I didn't wake. I love the grey cover. It's well made, and hey, I'm at the change of life stage and I have NOT been hot at night, no back or hip pains in the morning, no waking in the middle of the night. To be honest, I've been sleeping in as late as two hours past the time I normally get up to let my dogs out. They have been barking to wake me up.. Hahaha... I am super happy, and satisfied with my purchase. I totally, and highly recommend this mattress..

Ordered a twin XL firm 2.0 on May 12. Amazon estimated delivery for May 15-20th, with FedEX delivery actually on May 16th. The Mattress shipped in the manufacturer's box and was undamaged. I opened the mattress and found it securely wrapped in a plastic sheet covering the vacum sealed mattress. Once the mattress was unsealed from the packaging, it almost instantly rose to about 75% of it's height. I left the mattress to expand for 24 hrs and it measured approximately 13.5 inches (14 inches in the product description). My measurement could have been a bit inaccurate due to measuring at the edge and not from the center portion of the mattress. The cover material seemed to be of good quality, but time will tell of it's durability. First night sleep was great, and the next few were the same. The mattress is very firm, but with just enough "give" to support my back and spine (side sleeper). I purchased this mattress to replace an older memory foam mattress and I couldn't be happier. I like a very firm mattress for back and spine issues and this one is great. Hopefully this firmness will hold up for at least a few years. The cost of this mattress was about 1/3 the cost of the most inexpensive memory foam mattress from the several matttress stores I visited locally. This is just my opinion, your mileage may vary.

Quick and efficient delivery by FedEx. Difficulty moving from the front door to the upstairs bedroom(its super heavy) Besides we ordered a FIRM KING. Easy unpacking. Seemed to expand quickly, 6-7 hours 12" in the center, 13" near corners, FIRM but Soft, The Perfect Comfort, As if it was made for GoldieLocks herself. We also saved $180.00!! The edges seem to be less sturdy than being completely on/in it, That is why I reserved a star 🌟, Gives off an unstable feel, Sort of a slide off instead of a sitting on the edge supported experience. No funny smell. Brand new. Overall, I'm extremely impressed for A Bed In A Box. 📦 I made this review prior to sleeping on it, I'll check back in, In a month or so to update if possible.
