I absolutely love the bed, the only issue is the boards that they send with the bed are kinda uneven and aren't very long so they slip of every one in a while even with being screwed in (might be user error to be honest) but everything else is perfect! This is a self-assembly item. In my case have to holes weren't pre-drilled at all. The directions seemed basic however what needs to be careful because while the pieces may look the same there is a left and right that can easily be confused.
