Came with all the necessary hardware and tools for assembly. I only glanced at the instructions once to make sure I had the frame pieces oriented correctly. Pretty straight forward assembly. Not a lot of space in my kids room, so I assembled this in my living room then carried to the bedroom. I placed the box frame on the bed frame before inserting the slats just so I didn’t have to worry about them falling out when I tipped it on its side to slide it through the doorway. When I put the slats on it felt like they were pretty snug, so you probably wouldn’t have to do it this way. ... show more
