Very sturdy platform for a twin bed. Went together exactly how I expected it to (this is the 4th one I’ve built). It’s always easy until the last few fittings that are a pain in the butt to line up, but always expected. They do give you extra pieces in case some get lost! The metal is pretty smooth except for a few sharp pieces at the screw holes. This one is pretty low to the ground, perfect for a toddler bed or smaller spaces. It’s got a lip at the head and foot to hold the mattress in place. It’s pretty average for the cost. Feels pretty solid once it’s all together. Definitely easier to use a drill.
