The Twelve South Curve is a simple, sturdy, and attractive design with no moving parts. Nonetheless it is very effective and allows you to securely position your MacBook or laptop at a comfortable height that allows you to use your MacBook or laptop alongside a large second screen or to elevate it for a much more comfortable and ergonomic placement. The padding under the base ensures the Twelve South Curve will not move around. The white finish looks great and matches the Apple aesthetic. The space under the Twelve South Curve remains available for use. I use this space to park my headphones but it would also accommodate an I/O expansion dock, a desktop switch, or anything else you want to be close at hand but mostly hidden. I am using my Twelve South Curve stand to position my 15" MacBook Air alongside a 32" 4K monitor. This vastly extends my available screen real estate on my computer setup and places the MacBook Air at a height that is in line with the larger monitor. I don't have to look up or look down to move windows between screens or view the applications on the Mac's built-in display. There is a small amount of bounciness when pressing keys on the mounted MacBook Air, but nothing that would lead you to believe that the computer could move or fall off the stand. My MacBook Air is enclosed in a protective case but the Twelve South Curve has more than enough height on the front retainers to keep the thicker MacBook Air + protective case combination firmly in place. Finally, because the Twelve South Curve stand is so sturdy and well designed I can continue to easily reach the keyboard and trackpad on my MacBook Air for things like using Touch ID to login or utilize two-factor authentication. I would probably not want to use my MacBook Air's keyboard for anything other than simple keyboard entries, such as entering a password and using Touch ID. It's much easier to use a bluetooth keyboard on my desk. With the MacBook Air still within easy reach, any brand bluetooth keyboard will suffice, whether it has Touch ID or not because the Mac's keyboard is still within reach. ... show more

We got two of these for our Macbook Pro 16” and 13”. The stands are very stylish (we got the white and have space grey laptops). The stands sets the keyboards at a perfect angle for typing and elevated your computer high enough to make cables easy to run anywhere and stay uncluttered. One of us uses a wireless keyboard. This stand puts the screen at a better visual height than when the laptop is on a desk. These would also be great for a multiple screen set up. All Twelve South products are of the highest quality and very well thought out. Even the black boxes they are packaged in are superb, we are repurposing them. Highly recommend. ... show more

I needed to find a nice and simple-looking stand for my macbook in my new Study. I watched a lot of reviews and this one seemed very popular, so I wanted to give it a try. I was a bit iffy about the price at first because it isn't a "cheap" stand where you can find at many other places, but the design, aesthetic, and the white color option really draws me in at first. My macbook has the tendency of heating up, which resulted in loud noises, but after I tried out this stand for a while now, and I find that my macbook doesn't do that anymore. And I just really like the look of it, and it sits perfectly well next to my monitor on my white desk. Really like this and it's worth it! ... show more

Surprised and pleased. My new 2024 MacBook Air M3 fits perfectly on this well designed and made stand. Best of all my sitting posture is way better and any stiff neck issues after using the computer for a couple of hours is eliminated.

Nice stand, works well. I like that it allows for airflow. However, I think I received a returned/used unit, since I can see an area that was scratched and touched up with a different white paint that doesn’t have the same finish. Really disappointed to once again order a “new” product only to get something that was clearly used before. ... show more

Maybe I'm biased because it's the last piece of my desktop set that I've been waiting for, but LOOK AT IT! The curve design and the aluminum texture just give out the apple vibe and it's a perfect match for apple products! It may be a bit pricier than other laptop stands (considering I'm buying it with $10 off, it's actually not bad), but it definitely worth the price.
