The media could not be loaded. beautiful material, but with just over a year of use, everything is breaking inside the drawers and behind the dresser, you cannot move it to clean it, as they are very fragile and break the entire structure, my tv that was on top almost fell.

Instructions to assemble it are completely unclear. Took 2 people over 8 hours to assemble as it took multiple trial and error attempts to try to put it together. Looks nice, but drawers are constantly falling apart. I would return it if I still had the box. Plastic drawers look tackier, but they don't break nearly as often. ... show more

I initially had trouble assembling this product because I reversed pieces. I mistakenly thought the pieces were faulty. Customer service worked with an irritable customer using patience and understanding. They even shipped me new parts to make sure I would be happy with the product. Nobody does that today. The product is sturdy and just what I needed. The hardware is solid and will ensure that the dresser lasts a long time. I will buy from this company again any time. Highly recommend! ... show more

It took my spouse and I roughly ten hours to put the dresser together. Much of that time we spent puzzling over the pictures. Tvilum's videos on youtube helped somewhat, but my spouse has a difficult time transferring concepts of similar pieces. They used FedEx, which is horrible out here - I wish we could have suggested a delivery system, not that UPS is any better. The top and bottom came cracked completely through; I contacted the company to have them replaced. Some uploaded pictures to Tvilum and the new pieces were on their way. The top came with a small ding toward the back and I really didn't care at that point - I wanted the dresser assembled to be able to use it and no longer have to clean around bits of dresser everywhere. So far, so good! The drawers are a bit on the small side but perfect for me. ... show more

Pros: -I like the size and color of the dresser, it has a nice modern feel. -For the price, it is a good dresser. Cons: -As mentioned, the directions are not the most helpful, and all of the pieces are thrown into one bag without labels. I highly recommend separating them into individual bags before you start. Assembly took roughly 3-4 hours by myself. -There was a missing leg stand, and I am now waiting for the seller to send me this one piece. Very frustrating, especially when coupled with the difficulty of assembling. -The pieces of wood for the drawers are quite clearly not cut evenly, which leads to minor gaps between the drawers. It is not noticeable at a glance, but if you look closely you can see the unevenness. -There are certain holes that the directions reference, but are not actually cut into the wood. You have to use a punch tool, which is not provided, and not easily obtained. I recommend using the end of a very sharp knife, which worked for me. -The finished product feels a bit flimsy. Overall: If you want a luxury dresser, that is easy to assemble and of excellent quality, then look elsewhere and spend more money. For the price, this is a fine dresser, and hopefully will last a few years. UPDATE: After contacting the seller, they shipped the missing piece to me within 6-7 days. So, FedEx dropped of the 2 boxes. I went outside and picked them up. one box was damaged, and the other box was just fine, no damage. ok, the damaged box was all taped up, I'm I don't know by who, the warehouse or FedEx, don't know, don't care. Boxes get damaged by FedEx. Every time something has been ship by FedEx to me, the box has been damaged in one way or the other. Oh one more thing, the driver never knocks on the door. Must of my shipping has been done by UPS, no problems with them. No damaged boxes, will as of yet. Anyway I opened the big box and found what appeared to be good. As I was laying everything out to be put together, that's we when everything started to fall apart. I found 4 broken parts. They are drawer parts. So now its time to put it together. The instructions, will it looked liked a 1st grader wrote them. All pictures. Oh there was some writing, for the screws and stuff to use. They had numbers on them. However, the numbers and pictures, will lets just say that it was hard to figure out in most of the pictures. so putting it together to say the lest was a score of -10. it feels pretty solid right now. but if you have young kids around, they should leave the room, get my meaning. so now I need to contact I think amazon, I'm not sure, to find out how to get ahold of the company, and get me some new parts. Because I need one side, 3 backs and 6 screws to put the handles on. other then that it looks pretty good, but only time will tell on that. The company or amazon needs to drop FedEx. ... show more
