Its compact size makes it less noticeable, while still being loud enough to hear. Not as loud as I expected but still noticeably loud. Mounting bracket is solid and made of metal. Does not come with mounting screws though. I also had to extend the length of the cable in order to route it all the way under my truck; if you have a larger vehicle you may need extra length. I would reccomend this to anyone in need of a compact PA speaker for their CB radio ... show more

Hey guys so this speaker sucks. its about 5in high and 5 in long.its a plastic horn with a thin metal bracket thats about 16 gauge steel. if you put it on a truck it will break if your a real off road guy. its not loud at all its only 12 or 13 watts putting out less than 50 decibels. maybe for someone that has a home cb and just wants to piss off people. The only good thing was the plug. if you ask me, i look at it as a $25 plug. it works. pluged it on a cobra cb, but when i had the doors closed i couldnt really hear it then when i had the truck on and driving down the road with low music i couldnt hear a thing. that speaker is in the dump now not going to wait 4 weeks to get my return approved. i got the 25 watt aluminum one with no plug lets see how that one works ... show more

This horn is amazing. It is water proof! I had it under the hood but when I would ride for a while it got hot so I moved it to the outside and it got rained on and I sprayed it with water and got mud on it and it is still loud and for how small it is, it is very loud. I love this product to use for a pa speaker. I would recommend buy this for that use. It's cheap but very well at doing what it's post to and not fall apart ... show more
