Bought this for my 2024 F150 Lariat in Star White, with the 3.5L V6 hybrid engine that I purchased a week ago. It has a 5.5 foot bed, with a Line-X liner, and I did not want to put in a box. This came in 2 days early. Instructions are a little hard to follow but figured out that the two raised clasps go next to the rear window. Got it into the bed and removed the cardboard by myself but my wife had to help me place it on the rails as I am 72. It comes with weather stripping for the rail next to the window. I lined it up evenly on both sides and attached the hardware. The rear two pieces attach securely and were easy to install. They are 4 attachments, 2 for each side. for the rest of the cover. These need to be improved IMO. The bolt goes through the opening and when the handle is pushed down, it is supposed to secure it to the rails. Only it doesn't. It does not fit tight enough and will come loose. Rather than send it back, I modified the 4 attachments. I put the bolt through the attachment in the "open position" meaning the handle is parallel to the cover. I put on a fender washer, a lock washer and a wing nut and secured it. The threads are metric - M6 x 1. It is now held down really tight. It is a a little more difficult to remove the wing nuts but not too bad. I lower the tailgate, remove the first two wing nuts, fold over the top, remove the second set of wing nuts and fold it back onto the final cover and strap it down. I put the hardware in a plastic container with a lid and put it in a storage place on the truck. The manufacturer included an extra bolt and hardware. Oh, after receiving my order, they messaged me to double check the size of my bed. It seems some people can't tell the difference in a 5.5', or a 6.5' or an 8' bed. Thought that was a good thing to do. Now I can put a Rubbermaid plastic container in the bed for the stuff I carry (quart of oil, jumper cables, tow strap, tire pump, etc.). We are headed to the mountains of North Georgia Thursday and now the luggage can be secured, leaving the back seat empty. I applied a trim restorer to the cover and it shined up very well. I can stand on this cover and I am 6'2" and 238 pounds. Charlotte, uh, that's her name, really looks good. It is supposed to storm tomorrow but be clear the rest of the week, so I'll update when we get back as to how this cover performed. Update: I discovered that the threaded openings in the rollers were not tapped all the way through. Hey, mistakes happen. I contacted their support and they have sent new latches via FedEx. That's good customer service! Thank you Miss Sue. We spent several days in the mountains of NE Alabama (Little River Canyon) and NW Georgia (Cloudland Canyon) , beautiful country and this tonneau cover performed great. No leaks at all. Nor does it vibrate at Interstate speeds when secured. All in all, well pleased with this cover and it looks good on my white "metallic flake" F150.

Solid cover at a good price point

Overall, I like this cover and I'm giving this 5 stars due to the price vs. performance. I had a "Hard Hat" tonneau cover on my last truck and it worked great for almost 10 years, but it was no longer available. So after a lot of research, I decided to try this one as it had a good price point and decent reviews. The package arrived quickly, things were very well protected in the box, and there were no missing pieces. The installation was relatively easy and I had to use the provided weather stripping on my truck because the bed rail along the window as slightly lower than the bed rails on the side. After the first time I tried to install, I still saw daylight in the corners at the front of the bed, so I added more weatherstripping at each corner for about 1" along each side which seemed to do the trick (see photo). Overall, it is a solid cover that seems to be built well, is the right size and looks good. Pros: - Good price - easy install - seems well built - feels durable - easy to open and close. - fairly secure - looks good Cons: - It's heavy so taking it off may not be a 1 person job. - Even with the weatherstripping at the front, I'm not sure about how weatherproof it is. Time will tell - A few of the edges had scuff marks/scratches on them which doesn't bother me, but may bother others. It hasn't been in a heavy rain yet so I may revise this in the future.

Early review: The cover ships in a very solid, well-padded box, and all components are easily identified. Instructions were clear, and installation was easy. The cover is strong, with a nice finish. The clamps are solid, simple to engage, and easy to disengage when you need to fold the top open. Time will tell, but this looks to be an excellent product.

Great deal, quality product and easy installation

Arrived 2 days early! Packaged very well. With padding between panels, bubble wrapped and no damage to the cardboard box. Fed ex delivered. Zero missing parts and all components arrived,so simple to connect and installation was easiest part. Squaring it on truck bed was hardest part. And its not hard. I installed this by myself. I was also impressed by the hardware that clamps the truck bed cover to the rails well-made well designed very secure. I recommend when you install first panel next to rear window, and after applying weatherstripping, crawl in bed and check for light, add more weather stripping in the front corners if you see light. One other thing when you put in the first panel, it’s a trifold so it’s all connected, when you put the first panel down , next to the rear window, thats your first move after applying weatherstripping, don’t over tighten the rail connections yet, but don’t under tighten them, make it so that if you have to slide it over a little bit, it’s easy to do and that helps when you square it up without having the go crawl under and un tighten everything. I think the leaks that some people might mention are because they aren’t tightening it down properly and equally amongst the six points and or have gaps in it at the front corners and alongside the rails. You don’t want the cover to move real easy as you’re installing it because you do want to have it maintain its place but gets give it a little bit of wiggle room to adjust it properly, especially with the rear rear tailgate. All in all took me 15 minutes and as VB a final check I crawled under and tightened the bed tail connectors snugly and equally. Then check the cover then to review and make sure it’s tight but not over tightened and that you can’t easily lift up the panel edges along the bed rail exterior and tail gate. Overall I’m impressed for the value spent on this when others are charging two and three times what this price was. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a reasonably price, but good quality truck bed cover.
