I tried installing a different product and wound up sending it back. This bidet was a relatively easy with straightforward installation. The manual is hilarious! My husband is never experienced a bidet before. His delightful expression upon his first encounter overcame every moment of hesitation about getting one. I have had colorectal surgery. I have had a great deal of difficulty in that vicinity of my body. This has already made such a difference in my comfort. Thank you for making a great product. Tushy Wave works very well. It cleans front and back, so to speak. Installation is simple using the provided template. We like the comfort of the new seat and the water pressure adjustment control. Also the seat can be removed from the mount for easier cleaning. The only caveat is that one needs to move the control knob slowly. If one puts the knob all the way on, a geyser erupts. Moving slowly gets to the appropriate low pressure setting. So it's just a matter of getting used to how to use the knob.

It worked fine but did not fit our Toto enlongated toilet well between the rim and the seat. The seat was too high off of the rim. I had to buy bumpers to help this. But the bumpers kept falling off and were a hassle. After a few months. I replaced this with the model that fits flat on the rim. The new one eliminates the problem and works well also, although I like the spray from this version somewhat better.

This is the first bidet I have purchased. If you have ever replaced your own shower head you have the skills to install this seat. I wanted a warm water bidet but found after some use that the cold water setting was perfectly comfortable and if I purchased a similar product for another bathroom I would go for the cheaper cold water only model. Obviously your preferences may be vary. We did have an issue. I am a large man more than 6'6" feet and near 300lbs. When I sit on the bidet, my weight presses down on the mechanism and the wands have trouble fully extending which causes water to spray out from under the seat onto the floor. The only way to solve this is for me to lean forward or lift myself off the seat fully until the wands extend. Which is not ideal. This is not an issue for my wife who is less than half my size. Why the five star review, I reached out to Tushy customer service and they were top notch. No run around no BS, simply sorry our product doesn't work for you and what can we do to help. So for the quality of the product, ease of installation and the customer support. 5 stars

The installation honestly wasn’t that hard. But this product is flawed. It leaks, and it’s almost impossible to hear. After using the bidet, there is a click that you will hear when you have 100% shut the water off, or so you think. I will have stood up, looked at the bidet and I can see water still dripping from the faucet so to speak. Also, I have an elongated toilet and it does not fit. I have adjusted it several times and I have literally kept my drill that has the Phillips head bit on it to loosen realign multiple times. So this is not for somebody with OCD. Because you’re almost never going to get it on exactly right. And if you have a big butt, it’s going to move and you’re gonna have to adjust it all the time. I have waited to see if this was going to negatively affect my water bill and it has only gone up about $12 with the drip. Which I’m trying to decide if that’s worth it or not. As now that I’ve used it I feel weird about returning it. Do not recommend

Ordered seat on 18 May 2025 after a month long surf trip to Indonesia where several locations had similar seats in their baths. My 1st order was lost by the USPS. Amazon refunded my purchase 2 weeks later and I ordered a 2nd seat. It was delivered in a few days followed by the 1st seat a few days later, which I sent back to Amazon. I should have kept it! I am a male and I installed it on the toilet in what my wife calls “my” bathroom, which has an elongated toilet. Installation was a breeze but, full disclosure, I have degrees in engineering, physics and mathematics and my hobby is doing handyman projects around the house. Even so, instructions were clear and humorous. We had a (large) guest stay with us who was going to use my bathroom, so I moved the bidet seat to my wife’s bathroom in the master bedroom. That was a mistake because, even though she laughed at me when I first bought it, she now won’t let me take it back. I laugh at the reviews that state the water pressure is low! My one issue with the seat is that if you turn on the water pressure too far too quickly, you could rip yourself a new one - really! Those with low pressure likely have a valve or supply line with issues. Also, if your seat won’t stay up, make sure your tank cover is positioned all the way back and, if it is, move the toilet seat forward in small increments until the seat can remain in the up position. One final note, I was very concerned with the purchase because the bidet seat forces your sitting position to be closer to the front of the toilet, and I tend to hang a bit low, if you know what I mean. I think that with certain toilets, even those that are elongated, I and others could have issues. There also may be toilets where you need to position the seat too far forward to allow the cover and seat to remain in the up position and still be usable - at least for certain fellows.
