Installation was SO easy, we did it in about 7 minutes and holy wow when we took everything apart, it was scary how nasty everything was underneath, even with 2x weekly cleanings. So the toilet got an absolute deep clean! Bidet works perfectly, we don't have sink access so couldn't use the warm water but even the cold water cleans wonderfully. Recommending to all our friends and family, because they don't deserve to be walking around with poo particles either. Easy to install/ remove/ clean No leaks, no weird smells, no cloudy water Not loud or uncomfortable to sit on Only con I can think of is how flimsy the knob holder seems, if someone slips on wet floor into the toilet that thing is definitely coming off. I was skeptical about buying a bidet attachment. When I received it I went through the instructions that are laid out perfectly and very easy to follow. The documentation has a humorous slant about the bidet experience for first time bidet users. The product works perfectly and really is a cost savings on buying strictly toilet paper. I am going to purchase 2 more to install in my remaining bathrooms.

This is my first bidet/waslette, I'm enjoying the clean feeling of washing up instead of wiping, it's leagues above a wet wipe. I was a little skeptical of the plastic connectors but they're quality and don't leak. Install is incredibly easy but getting the position for a proper aim to a few tries. Bought this as a replacement for my Brondell. Although it works fine and is easier to install than the Brondell, I don’t love it. The water shoots out at a different angle than what I’m used so have to make some conscious decisions as to where to sit as opposed to sitting where feels comfortable. Would probably buy the Brondell next go around.

Love it! Super fast installation, if I did not deep clean the toilet before installation, I probably could have finished in 8-10mins. It is a plus when you dont have to plug it into a power source. The water is not too cold and we had outside temperatures drop down to teens or singles at night(our bathroom can go down to 62F). so far it has not bother me or my kids with its cold water. We all love how we can adjust for different body sizes and water pressure. I, for one, am definitely benefiting from this. My kids say their bums feel cleaner!

We just bought our first house, and really wanted to ditch the wipes and be responsible home owners so we figured we would give this a try for the master bath. Let me tell you, it’s AMAZING! I just ordered a second one for the main bathroom. It was a little surprising the first time you use it, but you get used to it very quickly. We just have the cold water version and it isn’t as bad as I imagined it would be. It will be even better in the summer when you’re literally sweating your ass off. Highly recommend to everyone! Install was very simple. We did have to get a flexible pipe bit that was no big deal.
