Omgns this cushion arrived today while I was at work. I stand for 5 hours two nights a week on concrete floors. I'm 79 and I have really painful bursitis in my left hip. I've suffered for 3 weeks. It has been next to impossible for me to sit for any length of time or get up without being in excruciating pain. I had very little hope that this cushion would be of any use. Boy, was I wrong. I immediately opened the box when I arrived home from work. I put this cushion in my favorite arm chair......NO PAIN !!! I'm thrilled. I don't know why some are saying it's thin. Mine expanded to about 2" when unpacked. It goes down about 1" when I sit on it. I think the performance of this cushion depends on what you use it for. I personally used it for a hip that goes somewhat out of place due to a fall down some stairs on my back side about 50 yrs ago. When that happens I end up with a bad bursitis flare up in that entire area. Now that I'm older it seems to happen a little more often and the bursitis bouts are worse ea time. This pillow literally put that joint back where it belongs in less then 2 uses and consequently the bursitis subsided. I'm moving like a normal person again. I think I'll order another for my car. Thank you Jesus 👏 🙌

After struggling with discomfort when using my recumbent bike, I finally gave this seat cushion a try! No looking back since I started using it. The extra-think padding with gel makes a big difference, especially on extended workouts. While I don't have this seat cushion attached, it doesn't move when riding. It's worth the upgrade if you have any discomfort. This seat cushion changes a hard seat into a comfortable throne so you can workout longer and feel a whole lot better. Pain relief, it's high quality, supports your backside and doesn't get hot when riding.

I’ve had this seat cushion for over a year now. I just sent the link to a friend, and noticed I purchased it over a year ago. This seat cushion has been great for me! I have an office job and i really appreciate the memory foam in the cushion. It really helps the pain and soreness in my hips that I get from being in a sitting position most days. It doesn’t move around the chair either. It’s easy to clean. Reasonably priced. 10/10.

I developed excruciating tailbone pain during the second trimester of my pregnancy and was looking for any solution to help. I was skeptical that a butt cushion would make any difference but this honestly made sitting down (either for long periods of time or on hard surfaces) bearable. Cushion is soft and supportive and allows you to take pressure off of the back part of your butt.

This is a great product! I bought this for my 91 years young Mom. It works very well for her lower back when riding in front seat of Honda CRV. With their steep prices, at least Honda should make comfortable seats. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended!!

Product description stated that this was a large cushion, but it's not as large, nor as thick, as one I recently bought elsewhere. I will keep it though, and put it in the car that we don't use very often. I do want to mention that the removable cover seems to be durable, although I don't really care for the zipper.
