I am overweight ... according to "the charts", I am obese. I sit in my office chair roughly 8.5 hours a day. I was having shoulder, neck, tailbone, and lower back pain. This cushion is great! It stays thick even after hours of sitting on it and the grippers on the bottom keep it from sliding on my leather chair! Absolutely has helped with my posture, too! It worked so well, I ended up with a full-length back support cushion for my chair too, and the two together have significantly decreased my Tylenol intake! The cushion itself is comfortable, however it is very difficult to get it in and out of the cover. In addition, the zipper is cheap and broke after the second time if removing the cover. Would not recommend purchasing. Update: Gave the product 4 stars because the seller was great about contacting me to rectify the problem. The did replace the cushion. The cushion is comfortable and I do recommend it highly. However, it would probably be best if not used with an elderly person that has some issues with incontinence and the cover needs to be removed frequently. ... show more
