Comfort 5/5 Noise cancellation 5/5 Sound quality 5/5 Appearance 5/5 Packaging 5/5 Mic 4/5 Extremely comfortable like the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever owned gaming or not. Doesn’t matter how I sit they conform great and don’t leave position. Noise cancellation is top tier I can’t hear anything when I have them on, lol. Sound quality has greatly improved my sense of direction and just general awareness while playing and has also picked up some things in-game my other headphones didn’t. Has these things on the sides I guess for protection that connect by magnets and add to the design. Box comes with extra accessories and is nicely put together, you can easily use it for safe storage for after un boxing. Confused about the detachable mic, I can’t seem to figure out how to get it working but it comes with another chord that has a mic built into it that works great. 100% satisfied and recommend. Price is alittle stiff but in this day and age you usually get what you pay for so I don’t regret spending the extra to know I’m getting great performance I’d definitely buy again if I had to. Edit: Got the mic working just took a little figuring out. After purchase you’ll find that there will be some configuring to be done about possible echoes/background noise and what not just play with your settings on your console/device with someone in a party with you until you get it right. There’s a ton of negative reviews and feedback on google about people sending them back or being unhappy because of it and a lot of claims that there was no solution but I’m able to play with full volume without my team mates hearing my gameplay or having vocal echoes it just takes a bit of configuration. ... show more

Got this headset last April. The product works as described. No issues plugging in and using it. My issue, however, is that the headset did not last even 1 year before the plastic above the swivel mount degraded, cracked, and now the ears are only connected to the top by 1 tiny wire. No structural reinforcement whatsoever, just plastic. And this happened on BOTH sides at roughly the same time. I would think that for $130+ the headset would at LEAST last as long as my previous $20 headset, which is ALSO from TurtleBeach and lasted at least 5 years before I got a job and just couldn't stand having the pads not fit over my ears anymore and was generally uncomfortable to wear for prolonged periods. I thought for sure having had such a long run with those, and NO issues (other than comfort), that the more expensive headset was going to be great! Nope. It actually feels of much lower quality. After all, the cheaper headset was plastic ALL THE WAY ACROSS the top band! The tabs to pull the bucket back and allow room for glasses is great and made it pretty comfy to wear, but that's not going to offset the fact that the headset has become unusable not even a year later. Look, this is a gaming headset. It's going to be taken off and put on countless times! It should NOT crumble from simple flexing! You have a solid metal band running across the top! You couldn't have spared another 2 inches to make sure the plastic just below it wasn't going to give?? I'm honestly severely disappointed here... I was expecting audio issues at worst. It didn't even occur to me that the plastic would snap from normal use. And when I say normal use, I mean it. I am not rough with my electronics. Needed to upgrade with my headphones dying and decided on the Turtle Beach, they arrived while I was watching a video, plugged them in and resumed the video and I could hear sounds in the video that I wasnt able to hear before, played a couple different games and was able to hear more clearly as well as hearing sounds I couldnt before like footsteps and breathing in Dead by Daylight, music sounds much better as I can actually hear it balanced like its surround sound. It gets slightly uncomfortable on the top of my head after having them on for a few hours straight but other than that these headphones are my best pc peripheral purchase made ... show more

So this one is odd, the product sounded great and was very flexible with ways you could do it but to my surprise it was surprisingly cheap, what I mean is I dropped it off my desk once and one of the wires in the left ear snapped in half making it unusable

After looking at many different headsets for over a week this was my final choice and I’m very happy with it so far! Have been using them to play call of duty for about 2 months now and you can hear a real difference between the cheaper turtle beaches I was using. Mic quality and build quality is great! They feel very sturdy and should be the last headset I buy (hopefully). The speakers produce a really nice and balanced sound and and get very loud. I definitely get more kills now since I can hear exactly where sounds are coming from. It’s amazing what you can hear in game. Only negative thing about them is they may be a little tight when you first get them. All you need to do is bend the metal band on the top so you can get a gentler touch on the ears. Great if you have to talk on the phone as It just plugs right into your phone also! ... show more
