This item is ideally designed for the gentle cleaning that extends the life of your stylus. The bristles on the cleaning brush are extremely thin, and soft as silk. However, they are densely packed so as to make maximum contact with stylus. With my amp volume turned up, l hear most cleaners drag across the stylus, sounding as if it’s being dragged along concrete. With the soft, non-abrasive bristles on this brush, I heard virtually no abrasive sound at all, yet observed it fully cleaning the stylus. Audiophile vinyl sounds incredible, my regular collection is now more playable than ever! I am extremely pleased with this item, and recommend it highly!

The stylus cleaning brush, solution are very easy to use. They did an excellent job cleaning my stylus! Which for me is really a plus, because I use my use my turntable A LOT. The Record-Happy stylus cleaning kit is a great value. I plan on purchasing another on for my other turntable set up.

The liquid's surface tension prevents it from soaking the brush, so the drop just stays on top of it. Obviously this hasn't been thought through. Seems like the brush is okay, and after some fiddling, it does do the job

This is is an easy and effective tool to clean the phono stylus. It is small and I have not yet found a convenient place to tuck it between uses.
